Pick upCons:It took me almost 1 hr. to get my car even though I had a reservation. We did paperwork for 30-45 minutes and then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to bring the car to me at their office. Someone could have had the car ready while we did paperwork and the paperwork could have been started in advance. I won't be using National again.Reviewed Dec 12 2018
