Pros:Nothing!Cons:Everett office was closed after the booking was made and National refused to honor the reservation at nearby rental locations. National never notified me of the closure and I only found out when I tried to call the office. A new booking with a different agency had to be made on short notice at thrice the cost. Extremely bad customer service!Reviewed Aug 3 2020
