Pros: The hotel was conveniently located and the breakfast was good.
Cons: One bed was dirty (dirt and hair) upon arrival, and so they moved us to a King room (with 3 children). The next day they moved us back but didn't check us in properly and that night someone tried to get into our room. The staff seemed unprofessional.

The updates in the guestrooms include new furniture, lighting, carpet, wall treatments and 37-inch high-definition televisions. The fitness center has nearly doubled in size and all of the work stations have been replaced with state-of-the-art equipment by Precor. In the Lobby, the original skylight, which has been covered for the last 50 years, has been restored and "Vegas Style" lighting added to replicate the designed appearance when the hotel opened in 1905. The hotel is also home to The Oakroom, Kentucky's first and only AAA Five-Diamond restaurant. Hand-carved lion's head columns, ornate wood accents and brass chandeliers that are reminiscent of its original gentlemen's-billiards-hall décor originating around 1907. From lavish weddings and large corporate receptions to intimate board meetings, The Seelbach Hilton's 32,000 square feet of meeting space offers elegant, one-of-a-kind venues for any event. 9.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the history of the hotel! The water pressure was great and the king bed was really comfortable!!
Cons: My only complaint is that I found a 2” long cockroach on the floor by the window and the room could have been vacuumed better.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: For a Hilton property, this is pretty bad. The hotel is in desperate need for upgrading. The rooms are small and not in good condition. I had rust and cracked tiles in the bathroom, a drippy faucet (called to have someone fix it and no one showed up) and generally the room felt dirty and outdated. Understand it’s a historical property but that can’t be an excuse for not keeping it up to Hilton’s standard. I was happy I only booked one night there and spent the rest of my week at the Omni, a much better and preferable experience. The bar also had slow / disappointing service but I think that is the standard in Louisville. Stayed at the Seelbach because of the history but seems Hilton is not preserving it correctly.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Clean establishment and grate location. Staff was friendly. The room was a bit over priced for size.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location was great and central to many local shops. The CVS across the street was very convenient!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has a fun history. I highly recommend watching the history of the hotel that is on the hotel channel.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable. I like how you can choose your own room on the app!
Cons: Not sure if this is something you could do better, but I could hear dogs barking from our room. Thankfully did not hear it all night long!
9.0 Excellent

Pros: The bed in the second room
Cons: Don’t get the first floor we were woke up around 3 am by a mouse eating thru a bag from leftover food we called and they moved us to the third floor and we found a dried used wash cloth hanging over the shower rod covered with short black curly hair. We heard vacuuming in the hallway and the lady name Mary came in and removed it and gave us some cleaning wipes.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Our favorite aspect of this hotel is the indoor pool. It's the warmest that we've ever been to. Wish there was a hot tub too but the pool literally feels like a bath so it's ok. Dinner was excellent, waitress was very friendly and food was good.
Cons: There isn't a fan in the bathroom so it gets really steamy when showering. No microwave in the room. We tried to eat in the restaurant for lunch and were ignored, ended up getting up and leaving. It was about 1pm so maybe they were getting ready to close.
7.0 Good
Cons: Bathroom sink did not drain, unless stopper was disconnected. Bathroom sink was cracked. So many rooms were empty it was sort of creepy. The hotel was past its heyday
7.0 Good

Pros: Very nice staff. Cool atmosphere and art museum is open to all for free. Cleanest hotel I have ever been in, amazingly clean. Very comfortable beds.
Cons: Parking is in parking garage close to hotel and is paid parking. Its downtown though, so maybe to be expected. They do a $100 fee on card used to check in. Hoping this is one of those refunded debits where they are just testing card.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: it was very clean and very friendly staff. would def stay again! great for work trips, not sure as a romantic get away as one of the questions above
Cons: coffees should be refill free after 1st cup. especially for people who pay for the breakfast and or pay for almost 4.00$ for one VERY small latte/cappuccino. Other than that also, the coffee and shampoo and lotion should be refilled since it is what more people are used to and i didnt bring any lotion with me since i was only traveling with one small suitcase. Again, other than these small things the place was great!

Cons: I didn't get my wake up call and airport shuttle doesn't run for early flights.
8.2 Excellent
Cons: No complimentary breakfast
8.0 Excellent
Pros: When I booked this hotel it said breakfast was included in price. When I asked them about the breakfast they told me it wasn’t free and had to be paid for. I said okay and we just ate somewhere else. Don’t know if there was a mix up or not but I ended up having to spend more money that I thought I already had accounted for. Everything else was great,
Cons: Just that the breakfast was included in my price but turned out not me .
6.0 Good
Cons: After staying a night at the Four Points I didn't think it was an awful hotel, until I was charged three separate times in the following two weeks. The first two were supposedly deposits for damage at $50 each that the manager claimed would "fall off." Until I called a second time those charges remained on my card. I thought it was over until last week when another $72.40 appeared from the hotel. When I called about that charge they claimed someone must have charged food from the restaurant to our old room number. I asked for them to remove it, but they claimed it would have to wait to be investigated and there was still no promise the charge would be removed. I ended up having to call my bank to cancel the charge. Needless to say, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. The stay wasn't bad, but it's not worth the hassle afterwards.
8.8 Excellent
