Per Kayak and the Budget confirmation I had a Mitsubishi ready for pick up at noon. However, when I got there to Budget there were no cars available. I am also fighting to recoup my $39 Rental Cover fee for a car that was no available. I ended up going to Enterprise instead.

I booked a van 4 months ahead of my vacation. Went to pick it up and was informed that the debit card i used to reserve the van couldn't be used to rent the van. Information like this should be stated in bold letters not buried in fine print. The lady was rude and looked at me like I was nothing. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER USE BUDGET AGAIN FOR ANYTHING.
