Cons:Our room was rough. Torn wallpaper, threadbare carpet, lights didn’t work right, etc... All said and done, we booked the room for a total of $375/night but in our opinion, not worth more than $200/night.
Cons:The housekeeping department was bad. I called three times for towels one evening. They never came. Had to get them off the cart the next day. Question I asked at front desk and concierge kept getting passed around.
Cons:Room layout was strange- wasted space and tiny bathroom. A low lamp over the couch that I kept running into - annoying.
