Pros. There were 4 of us who stayed together for a mommy/daughter weekend.... the hotel was nice, the staff was actually really nice as well..! They were super friendly (not like u would expect with “New Yorkers” lol), and clearly enjoyed what they did. Hotel was clean, beds comfy, good location (really close to Grand Central). Breakfast was great!!! And they had hot chocolate and coffee available 24/7 which was really nice. I hardly ever leave reviews , but I felt like this place deserved it :) Good job Hampton Inn- I hope you let your staff there know they are appreciated.
Pros. Just a 5 minute walk to Grand Central Station. We walked all over or took subway. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The breakfast was typical quality expected from Hampton Inn, and the staff was great. They work hard to keep up! There's a great pizza place and a bagel place around the corner. Easy walk to Times Square, Empire State, etc.
Cons. Rooms and bathroom are kind of small, but this is because it's New York City. Everything is small, tight quarters. Front of the building has a bit of a view. Rear rooms look at another building. Internet was slow.
Pros. Staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons. Breakfast was a bit chaotic...the seating area isn't big enough, and several people had to stand.
Pros. Hotel is clean, remodeled, good location and has breakfast.
Cons. Small reception, the staffs were always busy and with line to talk to them. We could have some water bottles at our room for purchase.
Pros. Great Location, Comfy Bed, Walk-In Shower, Nice Gym and Breakfest amenties. Great Service.
Cons. Small Room.
