Luxurious yet intimate, the Hotel Elysée is located on East 54th Street between Park and Madison Avenues. Among all hotels close to Central Park, Hotel Elysée is an oasis of luxury, elegance and calm in bustling Midtown Manhattan.
The staff were helpful and always smiling which makes a huge difference. They even mended my handbag for me!!!
The only slight issue I had was the lack of seating at breakfast and they need to look at some sort of sound proofing for the bedrooms at the front of the Hotel.
Very friendly staff , good breakfast and nice lounge in quiet atmo .
5- 8pm wine and cheese reception- great breakfast- walking distance from times square- small and charming classy hotel
Tradtional charm... Not chrome and glass. Had nice sunroom attached.. In Manhattan!
No restaurant although goods ones right across the street.
I liked the staff and the club room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Never rude. I liked the location of the hotel. I liked how quick they brought you ice when you called.
I didn't like the elevator. There is only one, and it is very slow.
It in the center of ny
More beger and more elegents
An excellent hotel in a quite location but was still close to the main attractions. It has good size rooms with large comfortable beds. The antique furnishings, pictures and large marble bathroom gave it a country house feel. The breakfast was very good, free wine and cheese early evening plus free internet access was a bonus.
It only has one lift, but with only 99 rooms it's not a big deal.
It was a very nice hotel and wonderful location. We will recommend it to all our friends.
We would have liked to have access to an ice machine. Every time we needed ice we had to call the front desk. A more friendly restaurant too. We were tourists and were dressed okay, but the restaurant staff treated us so poorly we left.
A very quaint and clean hotel
