With a club on the 7th floor blasting music until the wee hours of the morning, rooms facing Allen Street, at least those in the 08 tier and possibly others, are not for those who require relative peace and quiet to sleep.
Pros. Staff was great. Location perfect.
Cons. Cleanliness was lacking. I hate having dirt on my floors when I check in. It gives me a sense that housekeeping is not thorough and leads me to believe they skimp on other cleaning duties. There was a lot of noise outside our door. Could hear other doors being closed at 3 am. If your in your 20’s-30’s, it’s a pretty cool place. Not so much for families with kids.
Pros. The junior suite is a fantastic value!
Cons. Overnight parking was $85!! I self parked at same garage for $60!
Pros. Loved the room. Liked the location. Loved the shower and bathroom. Liked the minibar. Loved the bonsai tree. Liked the size. Loved the furniture. Bed was the most comfortable.
Cons. Didn't like that they didn't have a room for me the next day so I had to leave and stay at a different hotel.
Pros. Great location and cool Disign but everything else average....
Cons. If you are traveling with a partner or maybe business then this might appeal to you but if you are traveling with children then don’t brother.... from seeing people vomit outside the hotel to noise and not much customer service this is not the hotel for family’s .....:
Pros. The hotel has a modern, slightly industrial feel with cement ceilings and exposed beams, which I liked. The bathroom is similar to recently updated Hyatts but the living/sleeping space is much more trendy. I liked the floor to ceiling windows and the light fixtures. Our king suite has a great little sitting area, too. The most important thing was that the location cannot be beat. We didn't take a taxi once! There are lots of great bars, restaurants and clubs in the area but the subway stop nearby makes everything easy.
Cons. The walls don't seem very well insulated. We were woken up at 3:30am by our rowdy neighbors opening and shutting their door and talking.
Pros. Stunning penthouse. Recommended for absolutely amazing views and parties.
Cons. At times, tough to get ice up to the room as there are two elevators to the area - sometimes one could not hear the knocking. Solution, Keep the doors open so that they can walk in without difficulty.
Pros. The staff, food, vibe, smell, and the help
Cons. Valet parking
