Central, clean and tidy
Air conditioning very noisy apart from that all was good
Balcony was small but it's hard to get a modestly priced room with one in the city, so I appreciated that. The room itself wasn't too cramped by NYC standards. I made use of the minibar, but there was no alcohol or anything.
Floor of the shower wasn't as clean as I would've liked. The furnishings and check-in counter don't exactly scream luxury. Overall, underwhelming. If you come in expecting a 3-star hotel experience rather than 4-star one, you will be better off.
Bed was comfy.
Upon checking we were advised we would be staying in the North tower across the street. The room was very small. We hit our shins on the bed every time we walked by it. The balcony was tiny and overlooked brick walls. There was no natural sunlight in the room due to the surrounding buildings. Our hotel had no amenities. You had to go across the street to utilize the restaurant or rooftop. Very disappointed in the small room size after reading prior reviews that the room were large. I’m guessing the North Tower rooms are just smaller which I find deceptive.
Great location and very clean. P
Comfy room with good location clean and helpful staff
Could have been cleaner but overall wasn’t bad
