The rooms were kinda small, soundproof could've been better. Location is great, gym is spacious and well-equipped.
Overall my stay was excellent! Although small, by other cities standards, my room's layout was well thought out and was very comfortable. It has a separate sitting area with a flat screen TV. I loved the walk-in shower. My only negative experience was the lack of daily room cleaning. On the 3rd day of 4 night stay, I had to request room service. Apparently, my room was not on the cleaning rotation until day 4. However, Housekeeping responded to my request immediately! For my next trip to New York, this hotel is my first choice!
