Bed was very comfortable and staff was very courteous. The room had a modern updated bathroom.
The room was very small.
Great for midtown business overnights
19th Fl room was clean and very quiet, bedding was high-quality. Near (but not too near) Penn Station. Small bedroom, but big bathroom.
No closet, just a small cabinet that could not accommodate a business suit, much less an overcoat. Elevators extremely slow.
