Great hotel. Awesome location!
The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and a good size.
The only issue I had is that, even if you tried, you couldn’t close the room door without it making a lot of noise. This was a little annoying at night.
Staff, the easy checkin , clean room, great location etc
Well this is minor but the lobby could be prettier or cozier. That's all :)
Location, Baggage storage.
They charge extra 25$ per day for "facilities". We had a broken lamp, aircondition that could not be set to lower temperature and problems connecting to the internet. The room was generally clean, but few things were not cleanned while we were there.

The staff was very nice. Several people went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.
Having to pay everyday for wifi is ridiculousz
Location was great. It was close to central park, Times Square, museums, Empire State Building and convenient access to the subway to go to other areas. Staff was friendly and pretty helpful when asked questions.
Great location and staff very pleasant
Computer labs were out dated and charged for Internet and print use by the minute.
Great value for the location
2 blocks to Central Park and centrally located to so many great spots. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. 2 restaurants and a great business bar located within the hotel. Recommend room 2222 (king bed w/ view of Central Park and small outdoor area). Traveled for business but looking forward to bringing my family back.
In room dining is super expensive but is was very good. Wifi is additional.
Very friendly staff Excellent location
Favorite hotel in NYC
Great staff, quiet, convenient, elegant, beautiful. I'm a repeat customer and shall remain so. Any problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Ready smiles from all you meet. Best location for my NYC visits.
Efficiency and good breakfast, lovely bar, but not over the top
Bathroom not as clean as it might have been, under the rim of the basin
service was friendly, spacious for the neighborhood, great location, reasonably quiet, capable staff, very clean rooms
small and unimpressive entry/lobby, old elevators require a prolonged wait, barely adequate exercise room
location is good.back rooms are dark and small compare with the front ones.elevators are small and you have to wait long time.
nothing happened ı am satisfyed except the elevators
The bell men service is horrible. When we arrive in a taxi they picked up our shoppings bags and right after we get off the cab they returned everything to us.
cosy and relaxing atmosphere at an excellent location in the center of NYC. Good equipment and confort
Location was quite good.
Crowded and slow. Room was an inside room no windows. I understand that in New York space is a premium.
Location; room size.
bathroom was too small. elevators too slow.
The comfortable en clean room with nice beds. It was also really quiet during the night.
The interior inside the hotel and its room, and the quietness at night. Other guests seemed quiet also, since they seemed to want to sleep well as well.
the toilet facility in my room was poor. it did not flush and takes 15 minutes to get quiet for the machine...
The staff were exellent very eager to help and do ıt fast
Room service was a bit slag during the early mornıngs .
