Staff, the easy checkin , clean room, great location etc
Well this is minor but the lobby could be prettier or cozier. That's all :)
Location, Baggage storage.
They charge extra 25$ per day for "facilities". We had a broken lamp, aircondition that could not be set to lower temperature and problems connecting to the internet. The room was generally clean, but few things were not cleanned while we were there.

The staff was very nice. Several people went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.
Having to pay everyday for wifi is ridiculousz
Location was great. It was close to central park, Times Square, museums, Empire State Building and convenient access to the subway to go to other areas. Staff was friendly and pretty helpful when asked questions.
Great location and staff very pleasant
Computer labs were out dated and charged for Internet and print use by the minute.
Great value for the location
2 blocks to Central Park and centrally located to so many great spots. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. 2 restaurants and a great business bar located within the hotel. Recommend room 2222 (king bed w/ view of Central Park and small outdoor area). Traveled for business but looking forward to bringing my family back.
In room dining is super expensive but is was very good. Wifi is additional.
Very friendly staff Excellent location
Favorite hotel in NYC
Great staff, quiet, convenient, elegant, beautiful. I'm a repeat customer and shall remain so. Any problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Ready smiles from all you meet. Best location for my NYC visits.
Location Friendly Helpful Kid friendly
Room was comfortable and clean. Quite as well.
Doorman put me in a cab going uptown when I asked to go to pabt. He should have put me in can on 6th avenue. Took 20 minutes instead of 5 and cost me 10 extra dollars.
Where Hollywood stays in New York Built by publishing tycoon William Randolph Hearst in 1926, the story of the Warwick New York Hotel is one of love and glamour. Originally built for Hearst's mistress, the actress Marion Davies, the luxury hotel immediately became popular with her Hollywood friends and has been attracting celebrities ever since, including James Dean, Elizabeth Taylor, Elvis Presley, and the Beatles. You can join the ranks of these Hollywood legends by spending the night in one of the Warwick's 426 guestrooms or 67 suites, which boast a mix of old-world and modern luxuries like marble bathrooms, high thread-count linens, a fully-stocked mini-bar, and flat screen TV with on-demand movies. The Warwick's services include 24-hour room service, valet parking, limousine transfers and access to a fitness center and business center with free printing. Make sure to dine at Murals on 54, the on-site restaurant where the food is as legendary as the mural artwork adorning its walls. For a more informal meal or a glass of wine, guests can visit Randolph's Bar & Lounge. Steps away from the MoMA The Warwick Hotel is located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, opposite the Museum of Modern Art. Central Park is just a few blocks away and many other attractions are within walking distance, including Times Square, the Broadway Theater District, Rockefeller Center, and Radio City Music Hall.
