I liked nothing. They promised a cargo van said they had one for us when we arrived they gave the last cargo van to something else. The offered us a mini van that had no she to us. We left without any sort of vehicleCons:

The New Haven staff member was not helpful. He did not explain to me additional charges that were added to my bill before he charged me and then was not helpful in helping me sort out a better course of action.Cons:
The company could be more transparent about their fee structures online vs in the store. The company could make their workers feel more valued.2.0 Poor
