Pros: We loved the little small touches the make the big difference like the bow on the tissue you box.
The wooden finish
The cute wall paper that finishes the room perfectly
The friendly management
Pros: place was nice relaxing and clean! had all the cooking utensils I needed, big extra!! place is outside of downtown but not too far so it felt like I was in the woods. lots of trees. bakery, brewery, Mexican food, small grocery store and hiking trail, all walking distance. staff was super nice.
Pros: The place was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpfull.
Cons: The queen bed was more like a full.
Pros: Excellent lodging with thoughtful details everywhere. We stayed in cabin 5. Had everything we needed, wood burning fire, comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, privacy, BBQ, great staff, tv, DVD, movies, patios., parking, close to all. Shower needed bit of updating but that was it. Get a cabin if you can afford to do so, privacy was really nice!
Cons: Shower could use a little update.
Hillcrest Lodge is a great choice for your ski vacation in Big Bear Lake. Free perks like WiFi and self parking mean guests have more money for fun in the snow. All rooms feature microwaves and premium bedding.
Pros: Excellent for family vacation! The room is clean and spacious, garage is a big plus, location is convenient to almost everything. Definitely come back!

From water skiing to wake boarding, zip-lining and boat rentals, to snow skiing, horseback riding, kayaking and guided helicopter tours, you will never be without something to do.
Pros: I love the memory foam mattress' every time I go that's the best thing. The Breakfast Is ALWAYS GOOD AND Very filling.
Cons: I love the ayres hotels I usually try and stay at all of them this tI me though the cleaning crew bothered more than usual. 3 x's they came to my room after the first time I had told the ladies they could come back when I get ready to check out that I would be checking out by 11:45. I was taking a nap and they continued to knock.
Pros: Our stay was perfect. Staff was awesome. Hotel was very clean!!!
Pros: Very well built. This hotel even located by a very busy highway, it's still very quite. The patio area seems relaxing! I recommend.
Cons: no shampoo
Located conveniently close to the I-10 Freeway, Ayres Hotel Redlands is the optimal destination for leisure and business travelers alike. Guests enjoy spotless guestrooms, and complimentary amenities include parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a daily full breakfast buffet.
Pros: We loved how close this cabin was to the village, literally, right around a bend! The room had a lot of character and was definitely cozy once you got the furnace and fire place going. The kitchenette was a MUST, we saved trips, money and time from bringing our own groceries. We selected the cabin with the Jacuzzi tub, which was relaxing.
Cons: The room was a bit dark, hard to look for things you may have dropped around the room. There was a lot of "signs/rules" explaining what is required of the guests, including cleaning your own silverware or a cleaning fee will be charged. A daily cleaning of your room from housekeeping was not provided, nor were the towels changed- unless requested. When checking out, make sure to have your cabin cleaned.
Pros: Very romantic, cozy and comfortable room. Will go there again!
Pros: We enjoyed our stay here at the cozy lodge it was beautiful to have the snow fall while we were staying there. The room was nice and cozy for us and felt very relaxing. The room was big enough for the two of us.
When you stay at Cozy Hollow Lodge, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Snow Summit. Freebies like WiFi and self parking are added perks, and guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby hiking/biking trails, kayaking, and mountain biking. Fireplaces and refrigerators are offered in all cabins.
Pros: I stayed here with two young children when visiting family in the area. The gentleman at checkin was very friendly. He was very polite and checked us in quickly and smoothly. The pool was fun for the kids. It seemed clean and kept up. The full breakfast was good- normal for this type of hotel. Oh and the beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The rooms were ok. Just felt like it needed updating. The carpets looked old and a little dirty. The fabric couch was in need of a good steam cleaning or just replacement altogether. Smelled a little musty.
Pros: Location of my handicapped room right off the elevator
Cons: Lights in bathroom on motion detector and shut off every time I was in the shower.
Pros: The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, attractive, quiet, and spacious. The breakfast was robust and tasty. The landscaping was exceptional. We had bougainvilleas blooming right outside our window!

Pros: Cozy. Near attractions of Big Bear Lake. In a quiet area.
Cons: Very old school rooms. Everything small in the room. (Tv, heater, bathroom, and etc.
Cons: Staff has bad attitude. They don't clean the guests room until your stay is over. You have to pick up anything you need from the office, they will not bring it to your room. Towels and sheets are too used and in bad condition. Charged us extra for the kids. Too much noise. No good ventilation in the rooms. Accused us of taking some of their towels and said they will charge us for their beat up towels.wont stay here again
When you stay at Honey Bear Lodge & Cabins, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Snow Summit. Free perks include WiFi and self parking. Rooms feature conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: The location was perfect -it was a very quick and easy drive to Snow Summit! We stayed in the Juniper Room and it had a little electric fireplace, which kept the room nice and warm. No matter what room you have you are in one of the couple cabins on the property, which is a nice change of pace in comparison to a standard hotel. Also, the man that we checked in with was very sweet and helpful.
Cons: The Juniper room was very, very small. Just big enough for a bed, tv, small bench (for clothes?), and a bathroom. There is a small rack to hang some clothes, out of the way of your living space, but no drawers. The only way to control the temp in the room was by playing around with the ceiling fan and the electric fireplace, but we made it work. Also, the light breakfast that was included wasn't served until 8 am. This was a little odd seeing that people could be there to ski/snowboard and the mountain opens at 8:30 am. Unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of the included breakfast. Overall, it was a cozy room and we didn't need much for our two night stay, so it worked out well! We would stay there again!
Pros: The Knickerbocker Mansion is an ideal place to stay in Big Bear! I had never been to Big Bear before, and the mansion's cabin atmosphere surrounded by beautiful trees and snow couldn't have been more perfect. The owners and staff were very welcoming and helpful and made sure all our needs were meant. We loved the cozy cabin feel and beautiful views from our room. Great breakfast, and conveniently located just a few minutes from ski rentals and the slopes. I highly recommend it.
Pros: Mostly everything!
Cons: The bed wasn't very good in the Willow room.
Pros: Loved the friendly, welcoming atmosphere of this B&B, the fascinating history of this century-old mansion, and the proximity to the ski slopes. Also the included breakfasts were gourmet and delicious!
Cons: WiFi was unreliable.
Pros: When we visited in October 2014, the new owners had just been there six months. They had added new carpet to all the rooms, and repaired or upgraded many aspects of all the rooms.
This is a very "rustic" type hotel, but still very nice.
The owners are very involved and interactive. You see them every morning at the (included) breakfast and are happy to help with any part of your trip.
When we arrived, somewhat late on Friday, one of the owners actually walked us to our room and carried my wife's luggage.
You just don't see this everywhere, even in Big Bear.
It's a bargain of a price, especially considering they include a really nice breakfast.
Located within a 10-minute drive of Snow Summit, Knickerbocker Mansion Country Inn puts you near winter activities like downhill skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing. Guests have more money for fun in the snow with free perks like continental breakfast and self parking.
Pros: The beds, how they had a sauna, and a jucuzzi.
Cons: The room was small, i didnt sleep well because there were no AC so it was too hot even with the window open. In the morning it was so noisy between the people leaving and the cart of cleaning people. I could hear the door from next room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even though it's a cute hotel with a great service and facilities.
Pros: It is exactly what you see on the pictures before you book the room. I wish it was a pet friendly place.
Pros: They have done a fantastic job transforming an old motel into the perfect place to stay, whether in the area for business or pleasure. The rooms were very nicely appointed, including cedar wood planks in the closet. There are nice and rare additions, including free water bottles in the room, fresh fruit available in the lobby, and tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available 24 hours per day. The free wireless worked great, which is not always the case with free hotel Wi-Fi. There is a small, but nice outdoor pool and hot tub area which includes two dry saunas.
Cons: The only negative is the breakfast area: It is too small. But that's a very small thing indeed compared with the positives of this place.
Pros: I have stayed here twice on week long trips and they always have the best price in the area. They also ahve the best environment. It feels like a little private paradise.
Pros: temperpedic beds!! so comfy! the ivy covered courtyard was so charming. a very nice room and great price!
Cons: a little tricky to get to from the 210 freeway but with gps no problem really.
Pros: They supplied a crib that was not just a pack-n-play. The fake fireplace was nice. And I liked being able to wash my cloths before we left.
Cons: The rooms were small and the over furnished, making things very cramped to put a suitcase or a crib. Yes, they supplied a crib, but they didn't have any actual bedding for it. They just gave us queen sized sheets, with matching size blanket and mattress pad, and full sized pillows. If your going to offer a crib, you should at least have accompanieing sheets for it, and leave the pillow out, it's not good to have in a crib anyway. There were two sets of knobs in the shower, which was weird and confusing. I also hated the despencers for shampoo and soap inside the shower and over the sink, it felt cheap, like I was showering at a gym. And I actually disliked the Tempur-pedic mattress, which I was really looking forward to sleeping on. The mattress seemed to sink too much and create and unsupportive uncomfortable divot that was hard to move around in. The foam mattress was also uncomfortably warm, it felt stuffy to sleep on. It was a big disappointment for the high price.
Pros: Everything was great. Was given a nice greeting for check in. The girl checked me in 30minutes before check in time started which was nice. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would recommend
Cons: That I didn't stay there for longer
Located in the entertainment district, Dynasty Suites Redlands is a great choice for a stay in Redlands. You can get a morning swim in at the outdoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. A sauna and a steam room are other highlights, and rooms offer up nice touches like comfy beds with premium linens.
Pros: Better than expected. Very clean and staff was very nice.
Pros: Family friendly and clean
Cons: Pool didn't seem very clean.

Pros: LOVED the location, rate, very clean room, and incredible customer service.
Cons: Internet was down, bed pillows were flat-wouldn't consider them pillows, mattresses were worn. Rooms need to be updated a little: carpet and headboards would make a drastic difference in appearance.
Pros: Great location, clean accommodations.
Cons: Bed was uncomfortable.
Pros: Loved this place!!
Cons: The only bad thing was the bed in our room was hard as a rock. But we still loved the room!
Pros: Loved the privacy and proximity. Off season is great, I'm sure peak ski season is completely different.
Pros: I liked the proximity to the local bars/resturants.
Cons: I went in the summer time and they didn't have any air conditioning
Pros: Free wifi.
Cons: Room layout was weird.
Pros: Great location, accessible to everything. The rooms were big enough, and spacious to walk through..located in a central location close to food places, bars, etc. They also gave is a.discount coupon for eating in the restaurant close to the place
Pros: Close to town. Location
Cons: Bit dated, flat pillows.
Pros: The price was very affordable. Shower was very nice and the fact that it was off of Pine Knot so you didn't have to drive to go to the shops or eat.
Cons: The bedding was very old and "stale" feeling. Bed was also itchy.(no bed bugs though!) there were ants in the bathroom crawling around the sink.
Pros: Locale is great
Rooms are worn but cleanish
Nottinghams restaurant has good happy hour bartenders rock there!
One of my fav places in big bear when prices are cheap
Pros: Very friendly staff, great location. Older, refurbished rooms were very well appointed and clean. Would definately stay again.
Cons: No place to hang clothes in room #69.
Robinhood Resort is a great choice for your ski vacation in Big Bear Lake. For a bite to eat, guests can check out Nottinghams Restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A nightclub and a bar/lounge are other highlights, and rooms offer flat-screen TVs and DVD players.
Cons: The Spa was not working properly and the pool could have been a little cleaner. Also, the air conditioner was also not working properly. If you turned the temperature up it stating smelling like it was over heating. so we had to leave it at 65.
Pros: Friendly, efficient staff. Convienetly located off freeway and near shopping centers. Very clean, comfortable rooms. The free breakfast was set up nicely with plenty of choices and a very helpful attendant. Would stay here again, for sure!
Pros: I loved the Cleanliness of the hotel, the staff was so polite. Breakfast was great, free internet and pet friendly, overall a GREAT experience. Will definitely book a room again.
Cons: I had a charge for 100 and then call then a lady tells me that it should of been returned and it was my banks fault then tells me there was damages to the room?
Pros: We liked the 2 queen beds and it was clean. Nice breakfast
Cons: pretty small bathroom, not much walking space around beds
Pros: Access to freeway
Cons: Plumbing noise all night. Hot room. Cold fake square looking eggs
Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly
Cons: The hotel is dated and the carpets are stained. Otherwise it was just fine. The room and bedding seemed clean.
Pros: Loved it!! Very clean and nothing was outdated. Very close to many stores, an outlet, the venue (highland springs resort) we were attending a wedding at and the freeway! We had a great experience!
Cons: One of the carts has a broken wheel, not a big deal though. And slow internet.
Pros: Nice design in rooms. Comfort was there.
Cons: I wish there was more late night food options inside hotel.
Pros: The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly even when busy. Our room was not only ready but the air had been turned on and it was nice and cold (almost 100 outside!). The room was huge, the bed was clean and comfortable with extra pillows.
Cons: The pool was being fixed when we arrived and though it was ready for use that night it needed to be skimmed, which is understandable since it had just been out of order. The breakfast was lacking also, while there was a choice the flavor was very bland.
Pros: This hotel is great. It was very clean, the beds are comfy and the breakfast is great.
Cons: The pool was dirty, but in their defense it was really windy.
Pros: Stayed in a King Bed Suite. Was very spacious, felt like an apartment living room. Bed was very soft and clean, with white comforter and sheets, very different than the usual gaudy colors of other hotels. Friendly staff & nice breakfast in the morning!
Cons: It's about 30 min drive from Palm Springs, but is worth the drive when compared to the price of hotels in Palm Springs.

Freebies like WiFi and self parking are added perks, and guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby downhill skiing. Nice touches like fireplaces and premium bedding are offered up in all cabins, along with flat-screen TVs and microwaves.
Cons: Fireplace did not work and TV had connectivity issues.
Pros: Clean room. And breakfast service.
Pros: It's convenient located, it has a nice arquitecture. The breakfast is complete and the persons very warm. the shower and the water temperature.
Cons: too much escalators, ceiling too low, with central heating, you can't control the temperature. I have two rooms (one on the Jacuzzi level is cold and one on the second floor is too hot).
Cons: There was someone in the room they gave us.
The food wasn't very good.
Pros: Very close to Bear Mountain.
Lovely holiday decorations in the lobby.
Big, comfy bed.
Cons: Check in at 4pm.
Whole place has old lady, perfume scent.
Shower didnt drain properly.
Dining area too crowded and understaffed. Very likely you won't get any breakfast.
Pros: Staff was nice, the rooms were spacious and clean. Also the rooms were very quiet and it was easy to fall asleep. The room had a gas fireplace which was a nice surprise. The included morning breakfast was good, great selection and the service was good.
Cons: The only negative was the bed was very very firm bordering on hard
Pros: The rooms are compfy, staff at breakfast very friendly, breakfast included
Cons: Women at frontdesk are not very friendly or welcoming. The hotel in the inside looks aweful, gody, outdated, okd fashioned, almost creepy with big chinese vases and tons of tacky chandaliers, horrible paint job......frightening
Pros: I vacation Big Bear approximately 10 times a year and Best Western had somewhat decent price at the time. PLEASE, don't let that fool you. Nothing good about this place. For the most part it looked as if housekeeping is doing their job.
Cons: When I checked in they couldn't find my reservation which was fine. After 30 min they finally locate it under a different name which was odd. Management (lady with an accent) at the front desk was very unfriendly and told me that NOT maybe but " I made a reservation elsewhere " they put us in a room where the fire place wasn't working and the wall boarders was basically coming off the wall which was a hazard for my toddler. The heater is controlled by hotel, basically a switch you have to shut on and off very often. At check out they told me there was a charge which I shouldnt have had any, AGAIN I was a different person in there books, very odd. I waited about 30 min before they figured it out. Much better hotels out there. Trust me! Spend that extra $5-$10.

Pros: Nice kitchen facilities in the suite with microwave, stovetop and fridge. Good location.
Cons: Customer service was lacking. The front office staff made us feel like they were doing us a favor when helping us or even checking us in. There's even a sign up at the front that says something to the effect that they charge extra for bad attitudes. They didn't greet us warmly, and I even had to ask if they worked there, and they had no nametags or uniforms. They did respond and get someone to our room when we had some issues (lamp was missing a knob, there were crumbs on the sofa bed showing that the fitted sheet wasn't changed, the toilet seat was loose) and were courteous. In terms of the room, the carpet was old (they said they were planning on changing it), the bathroom facilities were very basic and old, the sofa bed is not at all comfortable despite being new (you can feel the springs), and the housekeeping staff made it abundantly clear that they do NOT clean the rooms (unless you request that they vaccuum, which we did), but that they simply make the bed if necessary and change towels. Overall, I would compare this to an old Motel 6. I would not pick this inn again--I'd upgrade to a hotel.
Pros: Great location
Cons: Rude staff
Pros: clean and roomy, comfy beds, near restaurants and stores. open field next to hotel full of snow for kids to play
Pros: Peaceful, quiet, friendly staff. Good location, view of lake! Close to all restaurants.
Pros: The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean.
Cons: The ice machine was in the office and it closed at night. No fridge so bring a cooler.
Pros: Close to village and lake, plush clean carpet, big bathroom and closet space, flat screen tv, fireplace, wide open space right across the parking lot where we were able to play in the snow. Loved it! Will definitely return and recommend!
Cons: No microwave or fridge :( pillows a little uncomfortable. even though we were one of maybe 4 occupied rooms and we were leaving on a Tuesday, they still called at 11 to remind us of check out. It's not actually a negative I guess - they were nice about it and 11 IS the listed check out time but I will always give bonus points to a place that gives free late check out!
Pros: down to earth
Cons: Staff seemed to be unfriendly.
Pros: Quiet and they allow dogs.
Cons: A little shabby. Old TV.
Pros: The room was very cozy and neat. The location was really close to the village.
Cons: It would be nice if they had a mini fridge with complimentary water. The tv was small
Vintage Lakeside Inn puts you just a 5-minute drive from Snow Summit. Freebies like WiFi and self parking are added perks, and guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby hiking/biking trails, kayaking, and mountain biking.
Pros: It was a very nice, private room that was close enough to most everything it's within walking distance. The man who came to check us in was very nice, seemed willing to make most anything happen to make us more comfortable.
Cons: Definitely recommend you bring your own pillow and possibly top sheet. The beds are "European style" meaning there's two smaller, rectangular comforters and no top sheet. Not bad, just a recommendation. One thing they don't tell you on here is you have to wait for the guy to show up at the location since there's no front desk on-site. But it was very easy to coordinate. Just plan to be there around the exact check-in time, or a little later.
Pros: Room was very clean. Nice modern decor. Great location, close to the slopes and village area. Dave was great. Will definitely stay there again next time I go to Big Bear.
Lindberg Suites puts you just a 5-minute drive from Snow Summit. Guests can grab a bite to eat at the coffee shop/café, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. Apartments are done up right with upscale touches like private spa tubs, fireplaces, and jetted tubs.
Pros: The view of the lake from the room was AWESOME. The BBQ's (but not enough and location could of been better). The Jacuzzi was nice but could of been a bit warmer.
Cons: House keeping was kinda of lackadaisical. And the mattress was horribly uncomfortable.
Pros: Comfortable and close to the mountain for skiing. They did have a hot tub, which would have been nice after skiing, but the snow basically made it inaccessible.
Pros: It was very clean, cozy and the view was amazing!
Cons: Don't ever take room 214...next to linen room...wake up call at 5am and so much noise you can't go back to sleep.
Pros: Easy to find. Volleyball net available. Patio furniture included.
Cons: Furniture bulky. Felt cramped although there was enough room. Old fashioned heater. Volleyballs all needed air. Jacuzzi was dirty.
Pros: The view and the coziness, loved the fire place.
Cons: The bathroom was too small and there was no microwave.
Pros: Location and view
Cons: No restaurant/ bar or laundry
Pros: Pro: Perfect location, great views, fun sledding right on-site, comfortable beds, nice gas fire place, mini fridge.
Cons: Con: Holes in wall, interior/finish show age, ripped towels, jacuzzi needed cleaning (a ton of sand/dirt), shower was like 4" off the tub...
Pros: Good location. Eventually got a semi-decent room.
Cons: First room we were given was absolutely disgusting. No molding between carpets and wall. Filthy floor. Walls looked dirty. The excuse was that it "hadn't been renovated yet". It was a disaster.
They moved us to another room downstairs which was better (not great), but we had to settle for two queen beds instead of the one king we booked.
Staff lacks a customer service orientation. Not rude, but not friendly either. They gave the horrible room to someone else straight away.
We will probably not return, even though the location is very good.
Pros: The finishing touches were excellent. Excellent remodeled bathroom.
Room was comfortable.
Cons: No WiFi
Pros: live the location to the lake , room was clean and close to bear valley village.
Cons: I didn't like being woken up early on my birthday because of construction
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Our room was at Forest Shores next door. We enjoyed the kitchenette that was full of dishes and silverware to use. The rest of the room was very cozy and intimate. The blankets were soft and very thick for the colder nights.
Cons: We had a lake facing room in the Forest Shores portion but we were a little confused on how to get in, only to realize that the sliding glass door was the only entrance. The room was described as having a jacuzzi/shower combo but was disappointed that it was no bigger than a standard shower tub.
Located just a 5-minute drive from Snow Summit, Marina Resort puts you near winter activities like downhill skiing and snowboarding. The spa tub makes for a relaxing end to a day on the slopes, and freebies like WiFi and self parking are great perks. An outdoor pool and a seasonal outdoor pool are other highlights, and rooms offer furnished balconies or patios and flat-screen TVs.
Cons: Some of the staff was lazy and unattentive and the breakfast was horrible
Pros: Closer to the venue I was going to.
Cons: The room was not available upon taking it. Bed was not made and it looks like it has been use. Also the room where we are relocate was not completed as well. No towel.
Cons: The bed was broken and slanting on one side, the tv did not work and the breakfast was bad.
Pros: Location to what we had planned
Pros: Girl at front desk gave us a room with microwave and refrigerator. Grocery store across the street. Comfortable sitting chair in room. Breakfast.
Cons: Freeway noise. Didn't like location of pool and jacuzzi. Not very peaceful.
Pros: The breakfast was very good, compared to other places I've stayed.
Cons: The shower head could not be adjusted for stream; it was stuck on the most intense stream.
Pros: The location was great for in/off the freeway. Good hot breakfast with lots of options available. Good tea choices but coffee was so-so.
Cons: No, not really, everything was fine.
Pros: Breakfast was decent and the staff was very pleasant.
Cons: Right by the highway. Super-loud noise throughout the day and night.
Pros: Easy access
Cons: Black out blinds we torn and sun came streaming in woke me up 45 min early.
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: The bed was terrible. The box spring was completely broken making it look like a banana. I saw this on a review before I made the reservation. Obviously they have not made any repairs to their beds.
Pros: Kitchenette, cleanliness
Cons: Pillows said 'firm' on the case but they were in no way firm. Staff put our shower curtain on backwards and that caused the water to go everywhere one morning.
Pros: Location, Fringe in room, everything

Cons: The desk at check in stated the A/C was not working but that if we opened the window we would be just fine. What he failed to mention is that not only was the A/C broken, but they had the heat blasting in the hallways and our tiny 4th floor window only opened about 1". when we got into the room around 9pm it was about 80 degrees and never cooled down. We were too tired to request a room change. In the future we will request a room with a sliding glass door so in the event the A/C is broken again we can at least open the door to let some fresh air in.

Pros: We'd describe it as high end hostel in a convenient location. The evening fire & hot breakfast & dinner were nice options, The staff couldn't have been friendlier. A good value.
Cons: Don't expect luxury accommodations for such a low price & you won't be disappointed. We always spend our time outdoors & only require a comfortable bed & hot shower. The hot meals, big fireplace & congenial conversation were pluses to otherwise spartan rooms.
ITH Big Bear Mountain Adventure Lodge puts you within a 10-minute drive of Snow Summit. Guests can keep active with onsite hiking/biking trails and volleyball, and free perks include WiFi, self parking, and English breakfast daily between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. A terrace and a garden are other highlights.
Pros: The rooms were spacious, good sized kitchen area, bathroom and vanity. Beds and pillows comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast was amazing! Pool was perfect!
Cons: Not informed of remodel, smell of paint off and on in the lobby and hallways. Stuffy in the hallways, no air.
Pros: The fact that we were on a floor with access to the outside grassy area for pets was great. The kitchenette had a fridge and microwave. Nice stay.
Cons: The shower could have been slightly cleaner or updated faucets.
Pros: Spacious room, would return if I need to go to the area. Complimentary breakfast was nice, good price.
Pros: It was clean. Staff was friendly.
Pros: I stayed here for 3 nights while looking for a place to move to in the area. I checked in very late and being a woman traveling alone I was hesitant to see what floor I would be on but the gentleman at the front desk put me on the secure 3rd floor without me asking so that was much appreciated. My single king room was extremely clean (even smelled great), bed was very comfortable, the breakfast had a great variety of food and drinks. Very welcoming place and for an awesome rate. Not the more picturesque location as it is in an industrial area but I had no issues with security or safety.
Cons: Room was tainted with cigarette smoke smell, claustrophobic, 88 degrees in hallways, AC in room was like an icebox, temperature extremes and horrible front reception rude as heck.
Pros: We arrived earlier than expected and Janice was very helpful and welcoming to accommodate us. I had stayed here before and was very pleased to come back. We Loved the room. Was well cleaned. Bed was comfortable. The room was a great size.
Cons: The only thing we had a problem with was that they put us in a handicap room and the shower was extremely hard to use being as the toilet area and shower were one big open area and the was no shower curtain to divide or an easy way to use it
Pros: Large rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. But the extra that put this hotel over the top for us was their complimentary happy hour from 5:00-7:00: 2 free drinks and tacos in the cozy dining area. After being stuck in snow traffic for hours, this was just what we needed to unwind!
Pros: price, location, amenities, parking, all good.
Pros: Did not like the light switches, coffee pot was in a very difficult to operate, and very awkward to use in that place, good coffee. Good sleep, Good places to eat near by.

Pros: This location is off the main road, quiet, well furnished, with just enough amenities for the urban getaway, walking distance to the sleds, perfectly between downtown food and the ski slopes. These are the coolest cabins, and we will be back!
We found a historic mountain retreat built in the early 1950s and breathed new life into the property, combining vintage charm with modern design.
Noon Lodge at Mallard Bay strikes that perfect balance between smart clean design and rustic outdoor charm. This endearing getaway harkens back to a bygone era of exploring mountain trails, cannonballs into a lake, laughing around a campfire and gazing at stars.
