1.0 Poor
Cons: The room I was in the TV didn't work
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons: The breakfast provided could have been better
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff was extremely friendly and the bed was comfy.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Big tub, and nice size room.
Cons: Pool close at 10.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and large room. The location was great! Breakfast was fully stocked and looked very nice.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Breakfast was a nice surprise by far the best continental Ive ever had. The staff was positive ,friendly , informative , attentive and well dressed. The rooms were quite unlike many other hotels I never heard anyone in the rooms on either side of us.
Cons: The bathroom was small and outdated. The lighting in the bathroom was dim. Im sure that with the design of the room they were counting on the use of the room space for getting ready but not everyone likes that and would appreciate a little privacy getting around. You would not want to get dolled up in the bathroom or deal with any medical issue in there.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The price was reasonable.
Cons: There were fruit flies and gnats all over the room. So bad that I had to buy bug spray. The comforter was dirty and had cigarette burns even though it was a non smoking room. The hot tub and the shower had dirt. I could tolerate the bed spread because I had extra blankets but the bug infestation makes me not want to come back.
7.5 Good
Pros: This was a good budget hotel. It was clean and the staff was pleasant. Pretty sure those reviews complaining about the staff, breakfast cleanliness, and comfort have never stayed at a budget friendly hotel. It’s rare to find a pool or breakfast at this price point. The beds were comfortable and the staff accommodated our requests for extra pillows, towels and blankets with a smile.

4.3 Okay
Pros: The beds wernt bad and it was quiet.
Cons: Room had an odor i couldnt figure out for a few hours it smelled like a cat box. Tub was dirty. Fridge had some type of brown sticky stuff as well as the freezer. Microwave had a mildew smell to it found a piece of bread stuck to the door of the mircrowave. There was construction going on the only things in walking distance is a gas station and a coney island.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The check our was super easy.
Cons: The room was dusty and it seemed like it needed vacuuming. There was candy on the floor next to the tv stand, a pair of black socks on the corner by the bed next to the window and an inappropriate item under the bed. (I peeked under for a search of a toy). The breakfast was muffin in a bag and coffee. We chose to go out for breakfast. Also, I asked for ice and was told that they do not have any I should find it in the freezer in my room. Yes, I had ice trays but they were not filled so NO ICE! If you do not stay for more then 7 days there is no housekeeping which means you better make the three towels work. So, this is not worth the money! There are two hotels next to the extended stay you may be better off choosing one of them!!! Stay away from it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Front Desk associate very friendly & helpful and the cleanliness of the facility and room.
Cons: No complaints
6.0 Good
Cons: Poor cleaning
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The best part about it was the the location, but that was about it.
Cons: The room had a wet dog type smell when I walked in. The table in the room had a sticky residue all over it. The pad on the head board had something that had not been cleaned off. The TV screen was not clean at all.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Close to where we needed to be!
Cons: No dishes or silverware in the room. Door on refrigerator backwards from what it should be!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My tv didn't work and I was given an upgrade. Great Customer Service.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Size of room..convenience..
Cons: Bathroom was horrible..hair everywhere..bath tub was not cleaned at all..
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Its not far from my job
Cons: No
4.0 Okay
Cons: Need to clean better. Things were left in the room only god knows when. No service for stay over. Keys wasn't working properly....
4.3 Okay
Pros: The hotel was pet friendly.
Cons: During our whole stay, the night desk agent stayed in a back office and left a sign on the check in desk to dial 0 and he'd come out. When we got to our room, the AC wouldn't work and was insufficient for the room when it did work. Our sheets were dirty and there was no one in housekeeping, so the desk agent told us to bring the down and he'd give us new ones...we had to change them ourselves. The next day our room was not serviced by housekeeping and we again had to take our dirty towels down to the front desk and exchange them for clean ones. There are hotels on either side of this one that would have been a better choice.
7.0 Good
Pros: Room was nice and big. Great bed
Cons: Was expecting a real breakfast.... not just a prepackaged muffin and coffee. Also, couldn't get in the front door after dark and nobody answered for over 5 minutes.
