I had read reviews regarding how loud the AC was, but this wasn't a problem at all. Everything was just okay, but paled in comparison to our 2nd stay later in the week that cost the same per night (Renessaince Marriot) not sure if I got a great deal there, or a bad deal here. Not unhappy, but happier out next destination for the balance of our trip. Size of room, a little dated.
Located near Universal Studios and I-4 (most direct route to Disney World). The best feature - a Giordano’s Pizza within walking distance. The hotel has an upscale, perhaps even a little gaudy and artificially pretentious feel. The rooms and public areas are clean and well maintained. Perhaps because of the convenient location, the roads around the hotel are very contested, making it hard to get in and out of the parking. Parking is the other issue - there is not much, and what there is, costs $12 a night. There were 2 private events at the hotel the night we checked in, and the parking was over-full with abandoned cars blocking parking empty spots, and other cars which could not get out - a perfect nightmare. Finally, the hotel seems to be the location the chain uses to lure people to Orlando for their time-share presentation - "Stay 3 nights in Orlando for free if you attend a 45 minute presentation." If you are into timeshares, great! We are not. If we ever visit Orlando again, we will choose a different hotel.
General clean, quiet, hotel with all the necessary amentities, bar, Breakfast , computer printer, clean rooms The fitness center equipment was old and not well taken care of. The two days I was there only 1 of the 5 treadmills was functioning on the first day and the second day there were two different ones working and one had a loud screech and the other rocked and knocked against the floor. They also had a bike and elliptical, but the elliptical was not working either.
I didnt like that there was a $14 per night fee at a higher end hotel that wasn't in a city. That is just unacceptable.
Pretty Paper thin walls, fine for a short stay but not for a long one
Having to pay additional monies to park in the parking lot....
I loved the hotel and the proximity to Universal Studios. The rooms were clean, the service was great and the feel was much more highend then some of the other hotels in the area. It was very family oriented so sometimes there were noise related issues. We're a young couple so it would have been better to have more quiet and less kid like chatter but it was still not enough to deter us from staying at the hotel in the future.
$17 for a 12 year old breakfast buffet was steep for the "selection" & taste.
The friendliness in the interactions I had with almost everyone. From the valet, the gentleman checking us in and the bell hop. Everyone was great, interactive and was genuine with their interests and advice for things to do in Orlando. probably will stay here again even though the price was high. The price was a little much for a one night stay. And when checking out the guy was so short and to the point with me. He asked how my stay was but it was genuine. He could've been having a bad day, we all have those but everyone else was so friendly and pleasant that he stood out. Could've at least included a nice breakfast for the price paid too.
Quality for price, location, breakfast buffet, clean A bit noisy, we could hear everything in the next room and hallways
The parking was terrible. You have to pay $10 per day to park at the hotel but there is not enough parking for all the hotel guests. Once the parking lot is full you have to use the valet parking which costs more money. This hotel is better suited for someone that is in town for business, not a family on vacation. If you use the room service, you have to pay a $3 delivery fee and a 22% tip. The hall that our room was on had a terrible odor and there were stains on the sheets.
They offer an early check in....the front desk told me when I got there it rarely happens...then why offer it???? We arrived at 1pm and our room was not available. We went to a local restaurant and came back around 3pm still not ready, waited in the lobby and at ten till 4 the room was STILL NOT ready. I asked if it would be ready within the next 10 mins all while other guests were able to check in and we some how had to be moved to a different room. My advice if someone requests an early check in get those rooms cleaned first, you are a major hotel in downtown universal there is no excuse for not having rooms available for those with reservations.
Old hotel. Needs refurbishment. The employees do not pay attention. Mattress of the bedroom damaged. Very old mattress. On the day of leaving the hotel, the cleaning woman came to bother 11am. To leave the hotel. Being that check-out was 12pm. Hotel antigo. Precisa de remodelação. Os funcionários não prestam atenção. Colchão do quarto danificado. Muito antigo colchão. No dia de sair do hotel, a mulher de limpeza veio para incomodar 11am. Deixar o hotel. Sendo que check-out foi 12h.
The location was great! Right on the strip close to the parks other venues and restaurants. The price was affordable for my family and overall our room itself was pleasant with adjustable beds a mini fridge and great view. Nice pool set up. Staff was rude, inattentive and passive. I asked for a crib for my 1 year old and I was brought a portable rolling crib which my child fell out the bottom of as it was broken. Requested a new one and was brought another one with queen sized flat sheet and no blanket. Had to repeatedly request towels and linens during stay housekeeping did not show up sometimes and/or took their time. Shower rod falling off the wall broken tub drain. The AC in the room could not be turned down or off my child and I both getting sick from being too cold all week. Key cards deactivated long wait at the desk behind people with checkin discrepancies. Ymca facilities only available for patrons if you go through a sign in process, arcade games were broken and took money unrefunded. Continental breakfast was terrible always out of coffee no selection, staff rude and use language barrier as an excuse. Breakfast at in house restaurant not that great either advertised as $6.99 in the lobby paid $8.25 inside. Hot tub not working, no towels, nails sticking out of deck and my oldest found a tooth in the pool. Overall I didn't plan on spending much time at the actual hotel but the service made me not want to be there. Probably would not book again through Allure.
Honestly the only thing I really liked about the hotel was the location. It is on international drive directly across from the Orlando eye and sea world aquarium I picked this hotel because it was less expensive than some of the other hotels in the area. However, what I didn't realize was all of the fees that would add on making me pay almost double the initial price that was advertised, including some that I was unaware would be added on at the front desk at check in. The resort fee is required and not charged by kayak, and when I went through the process of booking through my mobile app I didn't see anything in regards to that. In addition, the rooms seemed dirty and old. The water in my shower continued to leak throughout the stay and the handle was covered in some sort of cleaning product and was gross to touch. The "free breakfast" was nothing more than a piece of toast and a glass of juice. The staff was fairly rude as well, and while spending some time in the lobby, I came to realize several clients walked away from the front desk complaining about their rudeness too so I know it was not just me. Overall I was very dissatisfied with my stay and I will not be coming back to this hotel in the future.
Nothing The room was old and everything in the bathroom was falling apart. The bed didn't work either to adjust the softness. Not a very nice hotel. It's just cheap but you can for sure tell it's cheap!!
Our family couldn't call us, as there is no phone number for the resort listed anywhere that they could find
I like how friendly and helpful your staff was . Also the way the room was cleaned was a good thing. Overall good job and job well done!!!! The way the reservation was not in the computer
I had to pay $11.50 and the only explanation this is a resort and we ahev to pay.
I slept in Room 2714 for a week and I ended up being bitten by bed bugs...it's a week later since I left and my entire body is covered in bites. I'm on vacation and have been unable to go anywhere due to the discomfort. I am now spending my money on medication every other day. I emailed the hotel and never got a response. I had planned on going to see the manager myself but I have been in distress all week. Please DO NOT STAY AT THIS RESORT!!!!!!!!
The bathroom was nice and large. Comfy. Clean, ac worked well hot water was nice. They allow the delivery drivers to bring the food to your door. Restaurant within walking distance. Walls were thin. Had to ask for towels. Park shuttle only run once. So you have to go and come back when they do so forget being at the park after dark. Free breakfast was just toast and juice, not exaggerating here the set a loaf of bread out. There's a fee for aminities. Parking is a mess, it's free but it's all over not convient for your room location. Staff was indifferent.
Close to everything Its just a glorified motel. They charged facilities fee over what I had already paid through the booking website, but they have no facilities. Pool was closed. Indoor pool is shared YMCA pool that was not free restaurant was not open so I can't figure out what facilities fee was for. Also breakfast is just toast & coffee.
The large room was very accommodating. Having the ymca next door was an added bonus. The bathroom sink leaked. The bed pillows are all feather which I'm allergic. And the doors are so thin you can hear all the hallway noise all night long.
The location was excellent, everything was nearby and the room itself was very modern. My complaint would be that when I got to the room there was old food in the fridge and the sheets were a little dirty
I was highly disappointed by my quasi stay at the Wyndham Orlando. It was so terrible that I took it as a loss and had to find another hotel for the night. The final straw was a bug crawling across my shoulder while sitting on the bed. The first straw was passing the first room on our hallway with a large heart shaped sign that said "drop your panties here" with a black thing draped across it. Do not waste your time or money. Pretty much everything
I like how big the hot tub was. I booked on kayak when we go there we checked in and when to our room they gave us two doubles instead of a king like we booked. I called down to have them fix it but they didn't. My boyfriend went down to try to get a refund and we were going to go stay somewhere else. But they said they could not give a refund we would have to go through kayak. So I called them no body answered so I called to hotel again and asked to speak with a manager and ended up putting me on the phone with the same person we have been dealing with and he just said there is nothing they can do they don't have a room for us and they can't give us out money back. So we hung up. 2 minutes later I got a call from someone that was a lot higher up then Andrew. She said I hear that you are going to leave the hotel and I don't want that. She said I do have a king room available if you are willing to stay. So basically they wasted two hours of our vacation telling us they couldn't put us in the room we booked and in the end they put us in the correct room. The new room was nice and spacious the only two things wrong was that there was mold around the toilet and tub. Also the outlets next to the bed did not work other than that the rest of our stay was good.
Convenient place to stay close to Universal Orlando. The air conditioner was loud (periodic rattling). Needs to be looked at.
Location, facilities were clean particularly for the price. Pleasant visit.
The pool, the decoration Our room had a view on a concrete wall Lots of noise coming from our neighbors (connecting rooms). Not well noise insulated.
Hote and resort fees. No complimentary breakfast. Also dogs were noisy in the building I stayed in.
The facilities were ideal for a nice getaway with multiple pools and the pool side cabana bar and grill were awesome. The Front Desk staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. My overall experience was excellent and when I return this is my initial option for lodging in the Orlando area.
The pool and campus was beautiful. The location was great. The people above us were noisey and we could not sleep. We had to call twice to ask for someone to address the issue. We asked for a fridge that never came, so we had to call and ask again. They told us it was free.. But Then they charged me for it! No fridge no microwave in the room. Our room was small.
The room was well priced for the area. Very convenient to dining and tourist attractions. Rooms were hot! Air-conditioning did not keep room cool enough.
Location to the convention center My room was musty smelling , like a closed up basement , triggered my allergies, I'm guessing mold, they were sold out that night so I had to stay in the room for the night , the next day I was able to get another room but not until after 2 pm , I told them I had no problem checking out and going somewhere else. You would think that if a customer had a problem with a room they would do everything they could to accommodate them. Plus really after you pay for the room they charge a 19.95 resort fee....Ive been to lots of resorts , that was not one of them. I debating writing the president of the company and asking for a refund...will not stay there again
We had NO microwave , shower curtain , king bed , mini fridge , and there was a huge crack through the bathroom mirror . There also was a gay man convention ( we have nothing against gays ) which they surrounded the pools and the bar area, it also made my boyfriend uncomfortable to walk around property without getting eyeballed so we never got to enjoy the pool after he went to go buy a suit because he forgot his at home !!! Also we called the front desk ( because we had no cellphone service ) to find out when Univerisal closed and she told us 10 so we taxied up there around 7:30 to hit the rides at night but Univerisal was closed so we spent $25 on a taxi for no reason !!! We have stayed here 4 or 5 times now and this was our favorite place to stay other than staying on property , after this weekend that has all changed !
This hotel is close to everything Orlando and the surrounding areas have to offer. The rooms were clean and updated. The staff is friendly. There is a nice pool and, the onsite restaurant has excellent food. We love the late check out! Paying for internet.
The YMCA No washcloths, staff act like they didn't know what was going on, constantly changing front office staff, maids were rude
The location is good. The staff was not helpful, my keycards did not work until the third time the front desk keyed them, they never answered the phone when I called, the phone in the room did not work, I had no towels when I checked in, the room was not organized when I checked in, security was called to help me get into my room and they never showed up, etc...
Pool and location Rooms, first room had no hot water and AC was broken these are just the major issues. We were given a comp and room change. The second room had a bad smell of mold so we had to keep the door closed at all times. Check in location was difficult to find.
Horrible stay from start to finish. The stairwells smelled of urine. Our first room had mold in the bathroom, brown stains on the comforter, stains on the wall, the safe had a huge whole in it where it was busted open, and we were itchy from laying on the beds. Marijuana smell came through the adjoining room late at night along with loud banging on the outside doors at 1:00am. We asked to change rooms the next morning. Management was apathetic to our complaints. Our second room was slightly cleaner, but didn't have a working TV, no phone, no fridge, no hot water, no towels, and the toilet ran all night. Also, when we moved our things from the first room, found all of our items were stolen from the fridge by house keeping. Dealing with the hotel situation took away from our vacation. Worst hotel accommodations we've ever experienced! This place needs a health and safety inspection!!!
Location was great! Room was clean. No hot water, no towels. Moved to another room, still not hot water. Staff was overwhelmed.
I liked that it was close to my job interview and was affordable. I didn't like the customer service, the staff assistance, room had flies, my rooms keys did not work, I had to wait over 30 minutes to get into my room because my keys didn't work, the manager made me walk back and forth with my luggage because he said he was too busy to fix my key issue at my room, the stay was unpleasant and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
My wife and I enjoyed this hotel, we even added another night here instead of checking into another hotel. The staff was friendly, check in was easy, the rooms are updated and look beautiful and, we had a great view of the Orlando Eye upon opening our room door. Yes, if you want to do nothing but pick a room apart, you will see every flaw. We did NOT see bugs or have any unpleasant smells in our room. The room was clean and updated. We were not bothered when we placed the "Do Not Disturb" on the door and, housekeeping even left towels and washcloths in a bag on the door for us. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting the look and feel of a higher priced room without the high price (we did find a great online deal.) The Orlando Eye is right across the road and, you are in close proximity to many gift shops, restaurants, and parks. The cable needs fixed.
The location to many attractions was appealing. Had to move out of 1st room as a/c didn't work. 2nd room we moved to wasnt much better. The shower handle was broke and was set to hot water. The bathroom door looked like someone left their dog in there and it shred the door pretty good. The blankets were stiff and the room smelled very musty. The a/c didn't cool off the room until the middle of the night. The pool is a long way away and there was NO ice machines in the building. You had to go to the hotel next door! Do not waste your money.
Facilities are outdated, no working elevators, lobby is on next hotel but poorly indicated, when we get to the room, there was no towels and had to call to get some stained old ones..
Lack of towels and washcloths. Several nights without either.
I enjoyed the location, it was close to a lot of places that were walking distance. Things not working in the room, after asking for it to be fixed and not resolving the problems. Housekeepers just walking in your room. No hot water when showering. Front desk seem to have a attitude while checking in. Toilet was hard to flush and dirty walkways.
fun decor The bed was too soft.
I will be returning to spend a week at this property!... Simply Fantastic!!!!.... Make sure you bring your bathing suit, and your formal attire!!!.... this offers everything and is a Wonderful vacation spot!..
Awesome pool with excellent poolside service (thank you leanna!) Amazing brunch at Garden Bistro (thanks Zee!)
This hotel was inexpensive since we bargain shopped for a rate, and it was very close to Universal (although a fair drive to Disney). It's also in a great location. Having breakfast included was really nice, even though it was the same thing every day. This hotel is good for what it is, which is a two stars. I just wish we'd spent a little more money to earn ourselves more comfort somewhere else. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, as well as small. While we had booked a King bed through a third party, we were given two queen beds, which shouldn't have been an issue, except that the beds were TINY. We have a queen at home, and there is no way that bed was a queen. Maybe a double at best. My boyfriend ended up sick because we couldn't get very good rest each night and our days were so full.
I thought, for the price, it was a very clean hotel. It is a little isolated. There is not really much view, if you like that sort of thing.
Good location to I-Drive and Universal. Room smelled musty. Carpets need a deep cleaning. A/C needed to be replaced it hardly worked. Bathroom fixtures where old and rusty. The room phone was about 30 years old too. Overall ok for a quick stay but not coming back to this hotel.
good location to the i drive, and to universal. not enough transportation to the parks.
Hot breakfasts that is convenient for my family prior to visiting the attractions scheduled. All was great. No complaints.
Love it! Nice staff, clean rooms , nice breakfast and very close to universal studios
Rooms were clean. Beds were nice. Close to gas station, grocery store. Needed a place for a quick sleep then on the road. Was perfect for us. No one helped me with my bags to the room and I had two small children by myself.
Location - perfect. . Bed comfy. Carpet seemed to be new. Furniture very nice. Lobby and staff 5 star. Staff loves Mr Rosen. I've stayed at three Rosen properties for a total of four stays. I'm hooked...Mr Rosen helps the community and respects his staff. Bath tub was dated didn't seem to be upgraded with the rest of the room
Location and cleanliness Not all the staff was friendly and helpful
very convenient to i-4 (no tolls) plenty of restaurants within walking distance of hotel good parking fast check-in restaurant good no free breakfast nothing
Location, room comfort and safe. All three 5 stars plus a free shuttle to universal studios, a bonus.
The room was very clean. Staff was great
The location was the best of the stay. It exists among various theme and water parks. Always consider location.
We enjoyed our stay in Rosen Inn. It's my second time staying here and it doesn't feel like a 2 star hotel. Oberall its a convenient place to stay if you are going to theme parks.
Close to high way and Universal studio, Seaworld. A little far away from Disney World, it looks like a motel, service desk and lobby are miles away from our room.
Theirs a lot of stores and restaurants near by to choose from. Ten minutes from universal studios and about 35 minutes to Disney world Front desk wasn't friendly. Every time I deal with them was either given an attitude, a look like don't want to deal with people, don't acknowledge you when you approach them or walk in the door, no good mornings. Texting when approaching the desk and waiting for her to acknowledge me. Very unprofessional. First impress and last are important, and their the first and last to see.
Cuarto limpio, buen TV y economico. Pobre area de lavanderia y maquinas de refresco feas. Alrededores dan un poco de inseguridad.
Very Clean, Hot Shower and air worked great! Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30am wanting to clean the room, when checkout wasn't until 11:00am.
The location is perfect. You take 3 turns and you Are at Universal and 10 minutes and you are at Disney. We were on the 5th floor and there was no traffic noise that we could hear. The complementary free breakfast was very good. We had a vegan friend come meet us before going to the parks we were able to purchase her breakfast for under 7 dollars and she was able to eat many of the food items offered. The pool is very nice, you will have a lot of kids and families on the pool but they were not overwhelming. You do also get 2 passes for the adults in your party for free alcohol. We did not take advantage of that this time. The parking lot was also well lit and safe. You can also bring your dog or cat.
Free wifi, free parking, included breakfast, happy hour, free shuttle to theme parks, friendly staff. The bedding, comforter, and pillows are ok for the price.
free buffet dinner , place is beautiful , modern , beds are comfortable, very clean spotless place, kind stuff , quiet , great breakfast ,great location, i loved it , i didnt like that it was only 1 night. and i wanted to stay 10 nights more... :)
The hotel was clean and conveniently located near I-4 and back road to Universal Orlando. The breakfast was well stocked (though it always had the same menu, day after day) and the staff was pleasant. The only drawback that we experienced was with the housekeeping service. We were in a room that fit 4 individuals and we used 4 towels and washcloths each day--however, housekeeping would only restock 1-2 washcloths. We mentioned to front desk, who quickly gave me more washcloths, but the same thing happened for the rest of our stay.
I liked the cleanliness and the staff responded in a friendly way to multiple requests on a late arrival. Many businesses were within walking distance.
Clean and cozy... awesome staff! I only stay at this hotel now when I go to Orlando! Nothing
+Excellent location on the Internation Drive, close to the new Orlando Eye and Aquarium +Very good service from the receptionist, who called us to let us know our room was ready +Free parking +Great shuttle service to Univversal +On-site concierge for ticket booking -Slow elevators, in need of replacement (but management knows, which is why they are currently replacing them, one at the time) -Gaming room with arcade was smallish and offers no value -Gym is way too small -We needed to rent a car, management made us work with a company located miles from the hotel, when there is one next door (but probably not affiliated with them)
Clean, Friendly good location on I Drive
The location was perfect. I was there for a trade show at the Convention Center, so was in very close proximity to that and a number of restaurants. Given that it is right on International Drive, practically every type of cuisine that you'd ever want is represented nearby. I'm unsure if all of the rooms are the same, but I had a one-bedroom suite overlooking the pool. I liked the fact that the bedrooms were in the interior so you don't really hear any activity happening outside at the pool or the hot tub. The hotel pretty much had everything: pool, workout facility, bar, continental breakfast, small sundry store - and if you need anything else, there's a Walgreen's within a 5 minute walk. The room was very clean on arrival, and bed made up on a daily basis. Also two flat-screen TVs are nice: one in the living area, and one in the bedroom. Nothing that I didn't like - but the room was fairly straightforward. It's not plush by any means, but has everything you need. Only thing that was a minor inconvenience was that the nightstand has outlets built-in, but then it wasn't plugged into the wall outlet, and upon trying couldn't get it to plug in. Unsure why.
Price, convenience to Universal, staff and breakfast service The final check off the cleanliness of the room, this should have been check before rented, our room had chocolate on the bathroom floor and you can imagine what we thought it was at first!!!
Me and my family were very happy staying at Hawthorn suites. Excellent location, good beds and nice apartment. The breakfast was good and the staff excellent. We will come back to stay if we get if we can.
The suite we stayed in was very roomy with a mini kitchen. The location was very close to Universal where we were spending the day. The room had an unusual smell that was not very nice.
n/a Reservations were made well in advance. Changes due to vacation/airline schedule resulted in upcharges. Front desk very rude upon late night check in.
Basketball Court Aweful cleaning
I liked most the room structure, with microwave oven, freezer and a nice space to rest. I strongly recommend it to other people who are looking for good hotels with comfortable stay...
comfy bed, good shower, happy hour/free drinks poor breakfast
Staff friendly, bar waitress great Bedroom strong smell of stale smoke
The facility, location, staff is all fantastic. This was my 4th time staying there and each and every time has not been one issue. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I always use a King Suite room.
Friendly stuff, proximity to some shopping malls, ripley's museum, universal studio, local buget shopping, guest services, shuttle services The breakfast has limited variety...
The staff was nice but very unprofessional. Furniture was torn up, cabinets were torn up, bedsheets were stained, and at the final moment before we just packed up and left, we found bed bugs in our bed.
Large fully equipped suites. Very Comfortable and Clean Great location, in the center of Orlando. Free Parking Really Bad WIFI Connection. Very few electrical sockets in room. You had to disconnect a lamp to charge phone or laptop.
Great location , near by restaurants , clean , friendly staff Break fast could be better , they had instant oat meal !!! Could be real oat meal , fake eggs , could be real eggs . Break fast could be lit better ,
Location. Mobile check-in. Hard to park the car at night. AC smells bad (mold?).
The staff was very friendly The room smelled like mold.
We booked stayed at Fairfield during our labor day weekend and found out by accident there's a lot of attractions in the area. Skeleton museum, Ripley's believe it or not, Ferris wheel ect.. were all walking distance. We were assigned a room in front of the elevator and surprisingly we didn't hear any outside noise through out the night. My husband is a light sleeper and would wake up easily to noises. To his surprise he slept well during our stay. Breakfast was satisfactory and free. Would definitely come back again. For a family of 4 we were given 3 sets of towels and 1 set of conditioner and shampoo. In the past at other hotels the receptionist is aware of our party and usually ask the maid to bring some extra toiletries. I sent my son to front desk for more shampoo. Maybe this is standard or perhaps I was spoiled. Overall this is a minor inconvenience and not a deal breaker.
The Hotel was clean, and in a great location. Breakfast was good. Before leaving for the hotel, I had booked a two queen room and specified we had 4 people sleeping in the room. I also took advantage of the pre-check in to select a room and tell them what time we would be in. When we got to the front desk, the man who waited on us said that they had a reservation for a king bed for us. Mentioned that they had received notice of what time we were getting in but strangely the fact that we needed two queens was never listed even though I had requested and booked two queens. I had to pull out my paperwork after he said that he did not have any available rooms but one king (you cannot fit a man that is 6 foot 4, and three grown ladies in a king bed) once I pulled out my paperwork he found us a room. He even stated that it was good that I had my paperwork or he would have just stuck with telling us that he had no other rooms. Once we got to the rooms the beds were very small.. They were for sure double beds even though they told us they were queens. We have a queen bed and these were definitely smaller. Thank you for letting me have my say :)
Clean rooms, friendly staff and close to attractions. Good price for quality
Cleanliness, location, free breakfast, facilities. Not enough parking space. Views from the room.
Very clean and beautiful. Had an overall pleasant stay. Would recommend to others and visit again.
Great Location, beautiful clean rooms. The "Elisha" greeted us upon arrival, check us in and made us feel "at home". Definitely would recommend it!
Really clean overall, appears to be renovated recently There is a humidity feeling in the hotel, maybe due the AC but even the bed feels like humid
Liked the room, the service, the food, the location... almost everything The view from our room... but you can't have it all.
Rude staff. At 12am someone invade my room. The front desk give same room to other people. Front desk calling in the room at 1am. No apologies for the incident. Drunk people on the hotel. My stay with my family was a nightmare.
Close to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Aquatica, Sea World, and shopping places. The room service is not good. On two occasions we ordered food and they were out of the items. There is laundry only on the top floor and only one of the 2 washers was operating. Once we found a cockroach in our bags. The breakfast is good but is exactly the same everyday so you tend to get tired of it.
Lots of places to eat nearby from fast food to fancy Wi-Fi works the best in the "living room" of the suite. Very spotty in the bedroom, so if you like to work on your laptop while laying in bed, probably not going to work well.
Great staff.....top notch. Free breakfast with decent choices.. 17:30-19:30 Happy hour.....OPEN BAR! FREE!!!!! The internet was horrible..... I had to go down to lobby everyday at 6:30 AM to work.... No internet access in rooms.....this may have been because it was a convention week....and the hotel was sold out and everyone was on the net.....none the less.....there are ways to rectify this....but as business owner....I need to be ONLINE...the Hotel did not enable me to do this in the comfort of my room.
Location Our room was not to par. Very disappointed.
The staff was amazing, super friendly, and helpful. The facilities were very nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Shower was hot. There was a bit of mold on the bathroom ceiling near shower. Probably because of the shower but it should be addressed. Otherwise no complaints.
Level of hospitality presented was pleasant Only one working internet accessible computer is not sufficient with today's need to stay connected.
Location at International Drive perfect, Rooms very big and comfortable, no noise cause away from street, slept very well Breakfast could be something better, and could be longer then 9:30 am, elevators something slow, hotel was crowded, so the most time used stairs. As lucky we were in first floor.
Room was comfortable, great location, friendly staff. Wi-Fi was intermittent. No hot tub/jacuzzi
This hyatt place is exactly the same as the ones in Cleveland and Chicago. The room is well designed, quiet and comfortable, the tv has hd and the staff is very professional. Basic breakfeast,Parking and wi-fi are included in the rate.
Location quite good, plenty of parking, easy to get to the airport. Breakfast included waffles. Pool filter was quite noisy, buy not to the point of hindering sleep.
Provided request for king bed Old carpet, existing renovation not top notch
This place is literally right down the street from Universal Studios and you can't beat the price. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel staff were incredibly grumpy. While I was being checked in, the man was bad mouthing to me a lady that had come up to ask a simple question. The people staffing breakfast were much the same; short tempered and rude. The cleaning staff, however, were really nice. The hotel is currently being renovated so there are some small issues, like the peep hole in my door was literally just a hole. We stuffed a tissue in it.
Nothing Everything! stuff are rude and unprofessional, waited over an hour for check in, rooms had bedbugs
Enjoyed our stay. Nothing luxurious or fancy but clean and in a good location close to ton of attractions. Would definitely book again in the future. N/A
Absolutely Nothing Rooms were in terrible condition No wireless internet in rooms Hotel is under construction and shouldn't be open.
Our room number was indicated by a piece of Scotch with a number handwritten on it. Old and worn.
NOTHING Everything here is a complete joke, it's disgusting, bugs in our room, terrible service, their "fitness room" is one old treadmill, their "breakfast" was stale coffee and a tray of muffins which was empty and had to wait 30 minutes for them to refill it. NOT WORTH IT! I don't understand how they can legally call this dump a "resort"
Price was cheap for area. $65/night. Beds were comfortable. There was a regular pool and kids pool/ small fitness center/ and free breakfast. Our mini fridge stopped working. They were doing renovations to rooms nearby. They charged an extra $5 to the bill for nsf charge but didn't explain what that charge was.
