Location was great There were cockroaches in the sink and everwelse. Couldn't sleep between the dehumidifier and the air conditioning competing with the refrigerator all night
Good location Free wifi Great customer service No free breakfast Bad coffee Not very clean Only one elevator per building and very cramped
Avanti was a good value for the price. It has the basics for a hotel -- clean room, good sized room, large pool and jacuzzi. The staff (when you can find them) are quick to provide the requested services. Avanti skimps on services that make a hotel into a resort. There is no attendant in the pool area and the soiled towels and empty cups are left among the scattered chaise lounges. This disarray turns the entire pool area into an eyesore. The 4 pool gates are annoying loud and I suggest asking for a room that does not overlook the pool or is away from the gates.
Was over all a nice hotel The outside looked crappy but inside and the pool was nice Found a cockroach at checkout
The AC was a bit noisy but not bad. Needs better movie channels.
Clean, affordable, great pool area. Pleasantly surprised. WiFi was very spotty.
Overall everything very nice. Family friendly, clean, room nice size and staff very nice. Pool gates hard to open and loud.
Extremely clean cool pool scene in the center of all the action great location excellent price cheap for what you get nothing
Place was OK. We were surprised at check-in with a $10 resort fee that was not included with our Kayak booking. The fee covers things that should be included with the room rate (like use of the pool, exercise room, and internet), and which we didn't even use because we were only there overnight. Aside from that, rooms were noisy because hotel is right next to the highway. It is a 5-story walk-up with no elevator, so don't bring too much luggage. Rooms and facilities are dingier than they appear online. The place is not horrible, but there are better places to stay in the area in the same price range (especially after adding the resort fee).
Clean, accommodating and convenient location Additional fees afte "Kayak" payment that were not in the disclosure.
The resort has a nice pool and close to OCConvention Center. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was surprised that there were no open plug in next to the bed to charge my cell phone. The room was average not what you would except for a " resort ". Also there was no food on except for a Starbuck bistro
service was great, clean rooms, comfortable beds, clean locations
That hotel is definitely a good choice while staying in Orlando for a few days. Not many restaurants around the hotel.
Clean, comfortable and fantastic diner open at 1:45 am Cosr
- Great front office staff - Excellent concierge - very fast elevators - The coffee in the room was great - TV in mirror was great (yet it did not change channels or volume correctly) - housekeeping evening service was excellent when I called for more water and coffee - comfortable bed - fast operator responses and efficient over the phone - centrally located near OCCC. A lot of walking is needed as the area is massive - Great restaurants near-by - beautiful pools yet the weather was unfortunately too cold to swim - Took a long time to get hot water in the shower during my 4 days stay. - Bathroom cleanliness was not the best I have seen. I always noticed an odor and felt it was not fresh and fully sanitized - The TV in the mirror did not work correctly and seemed to hang up when i try to change the channel or raise the volume - I had mold in the shower grout, yet this was fully cleaned on the 3rd day I was there. - safe battery was weak and barely opened to get my stuff out. Then it did not work afterwards. - TV had an issue and did not work on my 3rd night. I called it in yet I did not get a tech within 50 minutes to fix it and i had to sleep in the afternoon before going out. When I returned late at night the TV was fixed. .
The staff was very nice and attentive. The hotel and room were very clean. The property was very nice. $20 per night self parking is a bit much if you ask me. self parking should be included already considering the already somewhat generous price range and if not included well at least a bit cheaper
Everyone from the front desk (Deon) to housekeeping (Marie) staff was very helpful, kind, and good humored. The hotel was super clean and comfortable. And the decor and artwork really were all in good taste. My stay was too short!
I believe her name was angelica at the front desk she was so knowledgable and extremely kind! Made checking in easy and painless. The resort few that was not mentioned in the third party booking. Which the staff advised to book through the hotel next time.
It is a nice property and we really liked the pool area. When we checked in our first room smelled like old dirty fish. They moved us to another room and the AC unit was leaking into the carpet. This cause the carpet to wet and moldy and also smelled terrible. We ordered room service one night and when they knocked we said "one sec" and when we got the door he left and took the food with him and had to go hunt him down.
The location is near everything you could imagine.
Great accommodations, room was large and clean, staff was very helpful, and several food option at the hotel. Parking was expensive and walk to car was a bit far but was expected.
Cost for parking (non-valet) was extreme... about as much as the theme parks. Was not amused that cost was hidden when booking, almost 20% of the cost of the room. room & facility was clean and professionally run.
Staff was very knowledgeable and veryhelpful. Room was dusty on the counter tops and desk. A bit of a surprise. there were other pieces of debri around, but not really bad, just surprising from other trips staying at Hyatts.
Location, fitness center, quiet for sleeping, concierge lounge staff always excellent Inconsistent service, changes in amenities that weren't disclosed, communication issues between different areas of the hotel, when issues raised, staff didn't do anything
Room is big with jetted tub, ceiling fan and a private patio We could only find 1 out let that worked. Parking is very bad. The buildings are very close, it is like walking on a city street. Landscaping could be better. They have many pools all with loud kids in them. Tried this place twice, I was hoping I would see it differnt the second time but I didn't. I won't be back.
Convinent location to universal studios Accomadating Beautiful resort Friendly staff
The hotel staff was very nice and very helpful. I had a nice view of the lake from the balcony attached to my room. Location and price were excellent! The restaurant at the resort has AWFUL service. It is a smoke house bbq joint with a pizzeria attached to it (that's the first warning sign). On my first night there, I called the Front Desk of the resort and asked to be forwarded to the pizzeria (the pizzeria does not have a direct phone number). It was about 10PM, and I spoke to a nice man on the phone and I ordered my pizza. The paperwork in my hotel room (supplied by the resort) says that the restaurant (both BBQ and Pizza) is open until 11pm, but will only deliver up to 10PM. Therefore, I placed my order in anticipation of picking up my food. When I got to the pizzeria at 10:30, the manager tells me she never saw my order. She then proceeds to tell me the ovens are shut down so she can't make a pizza, and she won't turn them back on. Then, she offers me a pepperoni pie that a customer forgot 4 hours ago for full price. I was like "Whatever" because I was starving, and she goes to retrieve the pizza, only to come back with a basket of bread and says "we threw the pizza out so you can have the leftover bread from the BBQ side of the restaurant." So I left and searched for a McDonalds. On night two, I decided to give the BBQ joint a try. I arrive the BBQ side at around 7pm, and there is no host, nor anybody waiting for tables. A host magically appears from nowhere, and asked how many guests in my party. I reply "two". She says one moment, and disappears into the restaurant. She comes back and tells me there a 15 minute wait, but I can sit at the bar if I'd like. So I go to the bar, which faces the sit-down side of the restaurant. The place is EMPTY. I could literally count the number of guests at tables on one hand. After about 10 minutes, I go back to the host and ask for an update. She replies that it is going to be an ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES TO THE WAIT. At that point I left; this restaurant doesn't know how to resturaunt. The main lobby of the resort pushes this restaurant hard on its guests. The food might be good (I have no idea), but twice I've tried to give them money to eat, and twice they turn down my requests. I did not like the Free Breakfast to lure me into trying to sell me a timeshare. If I wanted to buy a timeshare, I would have asked them about buying one. The grounds were kind of messy. I noticed garbage around the entire facility that never was picked up during my stay which was 3 days (beer cans, wrappers, solo cups, etc.). The room wasn't super clean. It wasn't messy, however minor little things went overlooked by the cleaning staff.
I loved every single minute of my stay at the West gate resort and spa I wish I could move in permently thanks for the stay Only thing I didn't like was there wasn't a jucuzzi tub in my 1 bedroom suite but still had a very beautiful shower
Other than a number of pools we didn't find the reason of their 4 star rating. The room was old, strong smell, dirty. We would have rather stay at a place without any amenities but in a clean room. Everyone on staff is always trying to hassle you something, scumy sales people everywhere pushing to sell time shares.
Great location Loved the layout of the room Available room service Friendly staff Bed sheets were dirty Ants in kitchenette and bathroom sink area
I enjoyed the spacious bathroom, shower, and kitchenette. I found a great price through Kayak but they only care for you to purchase a timeshare. If you choose not to purchase, you may not stay at any Westgate for that same value price. On top of that, the free breakfast at the timeshare presentation was horrendous. Don't bother drinking the orange or apple juice or trying the sausage and pasteries. We were promised it would last no longer than one hour but we were there for three. Parking to check in was a hassle. Not near enough spaces. Who wants to spend time in the "resort" atmosphere there when there are so many theme parks nearby. We also went to a separate vacation value presentation and tried to tell Carlos (an upper level manager hoping to close the deal) unless the offer was open ended we were uninterested at the moment. But he cut us off and said, "let me finished." So we let him explain and again said this wasn't for us. He hurriedly and rudely signed us out and was visibly pissed we didn't take his offer. Please don't stay here and waste your hard earned money on a timeshare that you'll end up paying 1.5 times more in interest. The interest rate is 17.99%. You wouldn't buy a house with that interest rate. Why buy a timeshare for that amount that you'll visit a month or less each year?
It was very nice accomdations. I had a great view of the lake. I will surely stay here again n/a
Very spacious rooms, and equipped kitchens. Original check in time was noon, we were pushed to 4PM then finally received a room at 11:55PM! The facility overbooked and ran out of rooms, rather than try to rebook us at a different hotel or give our money back they kept telling us they were doing there best to find us a room. Sadly we were not the only ones who were experiencing this issue, there were a number of families and couples sitting in the lobby waiting for a room to open up. Pretty big screw up. Manager offered absolutely no discount for having to wait an extra 12 hours for the room. The room we got had dirty bathrooms with hairs in the bathroom shower, stained towels, and dead flies in the jacuuzi. Obviously whoever cleaned this didn't do a good job. How this place is rated so well I don't know but I definitely will not be staying again!
Nothing They rip u off by charging you a resort hidden fee once u show up .. They have horrible people at the desk to rip u off too!!!!
Balcony was dirty
I loved our room, it was spacious and very relaxing the staff was very helpful and the way the place is set up it seemed very safe compared to other places I've been in the past. I loved this hotel and I'm looking forward to booking with them again. They call every morning asking about a packet, & try to get you to sign up for a time share .
Bed are very comfortable, I rest well with no back pain the next morning I had one complaint about the toilets in the restroom being to low ,the next time I visit it was bigger toilets in the restrooms. The everything was beautiful, would have loved to have had a microwave oven in the room ,but it was still okay because the food in the hotel was great. You can tell mr. Rosen put a lot of love and care into his hotels motels the atmosphere love. The valet Parkers was quick ,good and on point, but we paid out a lot of money each time we left we had to pay the valet Parkers plus pay for parking space ,very confused was we supposed to tip every time brought the car and took it back. That was a lot of tipping. That was the only problem
I loved the rooms and that you guys offer multiple places to grab a bite to eat and drink. Beautiful hotel!
Great location and food options on site Nothing
The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Hotel is easy to navigate and use. I really enjoyed staying here. Very close to the restaurants/bars across the street at Pointe Orlando, Walgreens, and the Hyatt Regency. The only thing that was not helpful was that we requested extra blankets and they never came. We called once more and they still never brought them. They even charged us for using their phone to call the front desk, which was later deducted.
Felix room is very small for family , they have 2 bed in small room and not good if you are with 1 kid.
Newly renovated Very clean Beautifully appointed rooms Comfy beds Beautiful bathroom Price - stayed 1 night and recd a bargain rate. Parking lot. I didn't valet and it was pouring outside. Car was pretty far to entry. Couldn't find an unlocked side door.
Clean simple N ends 24 hour food and coffee shop
I have stayed at several Rosen Hotels recently and this was one of my favorite hotels out of the Rosen family chain in Orlando. Id love to stay at the Shingle creek Rosen but its always out of budget but this hotel is well maintained, modernly updated with beautiful renovated rooms. This hotel has many amenities including a hotel pool bar, hot tub, Starbucks coffe, and a nice modern club although wasnt our style or that busy on the weekend we stayed. Very well worth checking this hotel out and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! Will def stay again!!!
great location, beautiful hotel, when you have a problem with something in your room the maintenance staff gets there pretty quick.they have the most comfortable beds.the rooms are very nice and the view was awesome. the a/c did not work in our room, it kind of smelled like old smelly carpet party because the room was hot. when they did come to fix the a/c they said we would have to pop open the front panel on the unit to change settings because the wall control did not work. we also set the do not disturb button and at about 830 am house keeping tapped like crazy with what i think was there keys and when i opened the door they said"oh your not up yet" and walked to the next room and started tapping. when i pulled in front of the hotel to check in while my wife sat in the car the valet jumped in and moved it twice in the 5 minutes i was inside, there was hardly anyone in the huge driveway at the entrance.
The hotel was amazing and I would definitely stay there again.
Close to sea world and any food you can think of Double beds instead of queen because rooms are not very spacious
Could not adjust the temperature in the room. Way to hot!
I liked the convenience of the location. It made the convention worthwhile. The staff were friendly and the facilities were good. Vergy good value for money.
Roomy, clean, friendly, very comfortable TV reception terrible, always flickering and stop reception on all programs.
My family and i could not believe how nice our room was for the price. Clean, comfortable, and quiet.
The staff were friendly and helpful. My husband is allergic to feather down, and we had polyfil pillows sent to our room within 10 minutes. The breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. The breakfast attendant was attentive. The pool area was limited. Only a few seats were able to be in the sunshine and they had to be lateral to the pool side. The area was clean, but not enough chair room.
The entire staff was so nice. And courteous. The hotel was clean. And very quiet. Didn't hear any noise from our neighbors. If i go to Orlando again this is where ill be staying.
Very nice, will stay again. Awesome location.
Great location and friendly staff, great breakfast and complimentary food beer and wine from Monday to Thursday Tax was added on to my bill which i was not aware of prior to arriving
Excellent location near hundreds of restaurants, retail shops, close to all theme parks
It's Located in a nice area within walking distance to lots of restaurants and a handful of attractions.
Staff Free breakfast Free dinners Location
This hyatt place is exactly the same as the ones in Cleveland and Chicago. The room is well designed, quiet and comfortable, the tv has hd and the staff is very professional. Basic breakfeast,Parking and wi-fi are included in the rate.
Room was comfortable, great location, friendly staff. Wi-Fi was intermittent. No hot tub/jacuzzi
Level of hospitality presented was pleasant Only one working internet accessible computer is not sufficient with today's need to stay connected.
Location at International Drive perfect, Rooms very big and comfortable, no noise cause away from street, slept very well Breakfast could be something better, and could be longer then 9:30 am, elevators something slow, hotel was crowded, so the most time used stairs. As lucky we were in first floor.
Nothing really It was difficult to find The hallway was extremely hot Staff was ok
The staff was great, the room was nice and clean and FRESH. Check-in and out was quick and easy. The access to everything was very nice too. Will definitely stay here when I make my annual trip to see my son here.
Nice room comfortable beds polite staff and extensive section for free breakfast I would recommend this hotel
We had a very good experience at Hampton Inn Orlando. Very clean room, bed very comfortable and pristine (I check beds in hotels for undesirable surprises), and Hampton was a pleasure in cleanness, good service. The price was excellent too. For sure on our nexts travels we go check for stay at Hampton Inn where will be available.
I like the fact the staff come to fix problems immediately. The drains clogged up.
Everything was great.
Great location, friendly staff but building and furnishings could use an update.
Did not have a fridge in the room.
Great facility, clean, orderly, no complaints with anything about the stay. I ordered and had a confirmation for a king bed room and was given a 2 double room with no explanation. But that's solely on Expedia, nothing wrong with the hotel it's self.
Held at check in for hrs. Poor. Customer service. Free breakfast does not keep filled with food. Room dirty
Close to Universal which is where we were heading. Free complimentary breakfast. Rooms were spacious. two queens with pull out couch so everyone had their own bed. Had a mini fridge for soda and stuff. We got back to room late from Universal and there was literally no parking. I had to drop everyone off and park in another parking lot about 100 yards away.
Very nice room with two queen beds and a queen pullout sofa. Workout facility and Breakfast.
It was a very lovely hotel, nicely decorated breakfast was good, and that shower... 2 shower heads that you can adjust! Amazing~ Firm beds, and the lighting, the bathroom and sink areas were poorly lit
Since it is a "suite" hotel the rooms were large, there were 2 TV's, a microwave and small refrigerator. Lots of space to do work while my husband watched tv. Quality finishes and linens. Very much up to Marriott standards.
Very close to Universal Studios, SeaWorld and restaurants. Comfortable room, with small fridge and microwave. The breakfast was great. Overall everything was fine, nothing fancy just fine. The breakfast restaurant has only two waffle makers, and everybody love waffles! well, you can guess, it took me 25 min the get mine. (They should add another waffle maker). Be aware of the long lines for breakfast. Another little thing was the kids swimming pool was not heated and had a slightly funky smell, similar to mold.
Great location for conferences, shopping and dining on International. Easy to walk to many places. 20-30 minute drive to Disney parks, unless there's bad traffic which there often is in Orlando, then can take over an hour. No comforter/quilt on the bed, just a sheet and a thin blanket. Walls and doors are very thin and doors lead to outside so it's very loud at all times, especially with the helicopter tour company across the street. Constant helicopter choppers whirring, car horns honking, kids running, drunk people shouting, etc. I put a "do not disturb" sign on my door for the whole weekend but someone removed it on the morning of check out and I was woken up at 8 a.m. by someone wanting to clean my room. I can't imagine why someone would have stolen that sign off my door during the night (it was there late the night before and had been there all weekend), so I'm pretty sure the cleaning team removed it on purpose to have an excuse to wake me up and get me out of there early. Check in is VERY late at 4:30 p.m. and check out is on the early side at 11 a.m. They want you in and out! Security is a joke for safety but is extremely inconvenient for guests. You can't have cabs or friends pick you up or drop you off in front of your room. You can't have food delivered to your room so I had to walk all the way to the front lobby (a long walk outside) in pajamas in the rain while in the middle of watching a movie to pick up my pizza (which I then had to carry back to my room in the rain). You have to park twice when you check in because of security and when you leave it's nearly impossible to drive back to the lobby to check out for the same reason. This might all be ok if it actually felt remotely safe but of course it isn't at all. The security gate is often just propped open and almost every time I walked past, the security guard was reading or watching TV on his phone or on a smoke break. Not to mention the fact that there's a walking path that leads directly to the rooms from International Drive without passing the security station. The bathroom is so tiny that the door almost scrapes against the toilet bowl when you open the door. It's very difficult to climb in and out of the bathroom (yes, I said climb). The beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable so I spent the weekend with a sore lower back and stiff neck. The doors to the hotel rooms stick and are incredibly difficult to open. It was an ordeal every time I came in and out of the room. The a/c has only one setting - arctic circle cold. If you try to raise the temp to 74 or so, the heat kicks in. Did I mention it was 100F outside? This is summer in Florida. I would have loved the arctic chill if there was anything more to over me than a thin sheet and tiny blanket. Overall, the location is convenient if you want to be on International Drive and the price is reasonable but it's not worth it for the (lack of) quality unless you are really, really strapped for cash (and then you're going to have trouble enjoying Orlando).
Place location is great you are closed to everything on short distance. Place not clean, motel looking like. Worse was when it rain inside the room got wet from the rain crazy. Next time I will rather pay little bit more and stay at a better place.
I like location I didn't like the parking
The closeness to I drive and the staff was helpful when needed. The check-in processes was a little annoying do to the fact my reservation was not actually put in the system. Which in turn resulted in the front desk clerk having to call in and straighten it out with resverations. Overall not an issue at all to me but figured if I had any gripe it would be this particular situation.
Nice Hotel for the Price. Good location.
Friendly staff. Clean and reasonably priced. We always try to stay here every time we are in Orlando.
the price! the room had a horrible smell, old towels, tray with coffee service was wet and I could not use the glasses. I struggled to open the door, the lock was in trouble.
Everything wish we could stay longer
Ease of check in and out, coordinated parking for guess and guess of guess . Would recommend to others. The bathtub was hazardous climbing in and out of,too high
All the essentials in a budget format. Staff can be characterized as more "summer job" than career professionals.
Hotel environment Is always busy and situated in front de in of Winderworks and good atraccions.Nice bar and excelent services as well as a Good Buffet Restaurant and store. I enjoy a birtday courtesy Buffet that was a nice gift forma me. Bathroon has like some kind of multipede blood worms The night. Verte disgusting. You canfind The outsise also trying ti entre The room. -Also I also lost my alarm clock in The room. When I was out for The attractions. As well I lost an eyeglasses holder with small pearl like links may on The lobby. I hope They find It and returned to me
My husband and I had a great stay. This hotel was walking distance to the Orlando Improv, which made for a convenient stay. We were concerned because we like to stay in recognizable national chains where you know what you will get, but we were not disappointed. I would say it Ian compable to a Garden Inn or Hampton (w/o) the breakfast. Some of the security guards and parking staff were a little less than friendly.
Everything was just perfect from the location, facilities to the staff. Loved every minute of it. The fact that I had to leave!
The Residence Inn Orlando Convention Center location was perfect for attending a trade show. There was adequate parking and the facilities were great!
I like the locaton convenient to International drive. Room was clean but a bit smaller than it looked in the pictures. I thought the room was a good value. Breakfast did not have many choices when I got there
Proximity to locations/restaurants in the area Some reakfast items were stale (bread, waffles, raisin bran cereal).
It was convenient to major attraction The sheets were not clean and bugs were in the room. And staff was dismissive and slow to respond
The staff was surprisingly helpful and pleasant. The one thing this hotel has done right is hire good employees at the front desk. I also appreciated having a full size refrigerator and 2-burner stove (but kitchen ware must be requested) There were several things that make this the worst Extended Stay I have been to. #1) The internet here reminded me of dial-up internet from 1990. It was pathetic. The signal kept dropping, I had trouble syncing to google drive, and even loading a single email sometimes took a couple minutes. This poor level of internet service is inexcusable. #2) The place feels dated and in need of refreshing. While the room was generally clean, it looked dingy and in need of a deep cleaning. It had that swamplike smell that many hotels have in Orlando, enough that when we got home even the clean clothes had to go into the washing machine. #3) Kitchenware is more of an afterthought, clearly put together by somebody that has not ever stayed in their own hotel. First, you need to request the items because they are not automatically put in the room. No dish towel, no sponge, no soap. (Automatic dishwasher soap was included, enough for 1 use in a 5 day stay?) #4) We were woken up every day at about 7:30am by music playing in the pool area. Seriously? 7:30AM??? Bottom line: This is probably great for families on budget vacation, but certainly not for a business traveler.
Location and size was nice The floors sounded thin as we heard the prop ok the 2nd floor.
I just want to thank Jeffery! From the moment my girlfriend and i walked in it was nothing but support and warm welcoming! he deffiantly deserves a raise! There was not one thing i did not like!
The pool and hot tub very nice. The front desk staff were accompdating Needed to ask for everything - self service hotel. The free breakfast was aweful. Toast / cereal and fruit- that was it.
very practical and confortable, just needed a place to sleep and it served its purpose
The continental breakfast was extremely limited - consisted of bread, pre-packaged cinnamon rolls, and cereal. No fruit. The coffee was barely drinkable. The first room they put me in smelled really mildew-y. Luckily they were able to switch me to a different room.
Location to convention center Limited amenities & very limited breakfast
O loved the location and the staff was really helpful and professional. Not nought toiletries and towels in the room.
Very clean and very well decorated. All of the staff were terrific. Breakfast is excellent Rooms are very clean and well decorated. Beds comfortable. We were able to walk (about 3/4 mile) 59 some night hotspots and restaurants). Though many restaurants are much closer. Was quicker than if we had driven due to traffic on international drive. Our room was on 6th floor and in side of ii4. Hotel is adjacent to i4. Though almost complete (I'd guess 90% complete) the hotel is still undergoing renovations. What they've done is very nice though it was nice staying there as a couple I'd say the hotel has more of a business feel than a romantic feel to it. Mainly because it's lacking the typical massive greenery I had grown accustomed to inside an embassy suites. Coffee was just soap.
bed was comfortable/the indoor pool/ location we had no hot water on 4 ocassions/ room wasnt cleaned everyday/coffee/ sugar not replenished everyday./didnt like the fact that the hotel changed the cost of the room rate at check out even though we had pre-booked.over priced for standard hotel other hilton hotels cheaper and better quality.very disappointed.
good customer service, clean Property wish you would have informed me that they were renovating the property, it was very noisy at times , with the saws going etc.
The layout of the hotel with the interior mezzanine felt very relaxed, comfortable beds. Very polite staff. easy access to Disney and surounding parks. Lack of hot water when we needed it, although i beleive there was a problem.
Staffs are good and close to the prime location The facility is old and the housekeeping does not do a good job (not clean)
it was very clean and in the middle of everything nothing
A wonderful place to stay, friendly staff, excelent location on the International Dr, Breakfast was fine, room was clean, comfort. Fitness center and spa were perfect.
I loved that I booked this hotel about 3 hours before I checked in and I received very good rates! The location was very close to Universal and easily accessible to Uber taxi!
The location was as good as you could ask for. Its not a 4 star resort by far but for the money you couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The hot breakfast was really nice. A bit overcrowded after 7:30 am, but if you eat before 7 you'll have no problems. The rooms are entirely too small. The space between the bed & the closet was so small you couldn't walk to the bathroom with a bag. The TV was also small, & no pay per view available. We stayed on the third floor, it was quiet, & restful, but the elevator was hot & stuffy. There were raccoons going through the trash under the stairwell. We left a day early, only because we needed to. Our overall stay here was great & we would definitely stay here again.
The staff was very nice. The pool was very dirty and the hot tube doesn't work, the breakfet room, very smooll
Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was great. Enjoyed refrdge and micro wave in room.
Worth the money. Good location
Location close to all Disney attractions. Price was good for modest budgets. Hot breakfast was nice Very crowded breakfast room. Had to stand to eat.
Location was perfect near universal! Free breakfast too Carpets felt mosit
overall experience really good One day i came back 2 PM and the room was still without cleaning a half an hour the cleaning lady came but i was about to take a shower so i tell her if she can come later and then when i came back at night the room was not clean so she never came back.
Reasonable price and unexpected comfort ! The staffs are really nice :D The location is pretty good. Last but not least: Free wifi and breakfast!!
Not much! I was told it was closer to convention center before booking it. I spoke to 2 staff members. I ended up spending a lot on cabs. The website says restaurant and bar. It's a tiki hut by the pool! What a joke!
The staff was amazing especially the young lady working in the morning with the accent i wish i caught her name. She was extremely helpful and polite.
It was very close to Universal The closet door was stuck closed There was no wifi NO Ice machine on the third floor, had to take elevator to first floor Elevator was hot and smelled of musk
