Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff... enjoyed the breakfast - best fritatta I have had! Gym - clean.... Wonderful hotel...
Pros: It was conveniently located near several restaurants and just off the highway.
Pros: Staff & cleanliness.
Cons: Lack of mirror. Provide more in the room.
Pros: Location. Very friendly check-in staff. Room was comfortable.
Cons: Junk food (I include Applebees). They are in the middle of good farming in upstate New York. Why not work with the local producers?
A bit dated but very clean. Beds were very comfortable and rooms quite spacious
Pros: Very convenient to Binghamton University. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Cons: Wifi signal was weak in the 'outer' rooms (which we had)

Pros: Pool out of service had to use across street. Otherwise fine.
Pros: Good breakfast, friendly staff
Pros: considerably near binghamton university and at the same time its clean.
Cons: no recreation for guests. a place to wind down after a long drive from NYC will be nice.
Pros: Very nice hotel, must be near new. Great price and excellent FREE breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, fruit, etc...). Friendly staff too.
Cons: The thermostat on the wall was not responsive. However, the heat, A/C unit worked with manual controls / buttons. The small fridge in the room is a little loud, for sleeping time.
Pros: Room rate and cleanliness. Bed was comfortable. Quiet. great breakfast.
Cons: No, all wS a great experience.
Pros:  the front desk is such a welcoming person. He makes everyone feel at home and is so willing to meet everyone's needs. He really goes above and beyond! The breakfast was a great experience also. Many choices of food and a large area to eat.
Pros: The breakfast was great! A lot of choices!
Cons: The cleaning staff only came in the morning, so our room wasn't cleaned the first day because we were not out of the room in time.

Pros: The staff were friendly. The amenities were great - free breakfast, free internet, business center, exercise room, free parking, etc.
Cons: The walls were thin, and I could hear slightly clearer than muffled sound from the next room or hallway.
Well-above most motels, in almost every respect.
Pros: spacious, clean, well-organized room. Excellent and quiet (!) air conditioning. Breakfast above average for motels. Although we did not use the fitness room and swimming pool, they looked clean and inviting. Very friendly staff.
Cons: There were no black-out curtains to block out daylight from the window when sleeping in late. The shower design for people with disabilities has poor drainage, so the bathroom floor is completely wet after a shower.
Pros: Clean, nice staff.
Cons: Couldn't find the entrance to hotel from street.
Pros: I liked the cleanliness of the room, and the adequate air conditioning upon entering the room.
Pros: Friendly service. Nice pool and fitness room. Good restraunts nearby.
Cons: A little too expensive for the area. Having a refrigerator in the room would have been a plus.
Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: Access to hotel no direct driveway to property
Pros: The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and took the time to confirm that I was satisfied with the room. The hotel is on the bank of the Susquehanna River; the views are lovely.
Cons: The windows, both in my room and in the public spaces, were filthy, which made it hard to appreciate the view. The fitness facilities are inadequate - a few medicine balls and a couple of stationary bikes. No weights that I could find. The pool is tiny.
Pros: Hotel was very accommodating. Helped with first aid when my daughter cut her foot and simply needed a band aid. The view this hotel offers is outstanding. It sits on the bank of the Susquehanna River and is just beautiful.
Cons: Not a thing. I have no complaints at all. Had a very enjoyable trip.
easy to find, quick, I mean REAL QUICK check in. Great room.
Pros: comfortable bed, great pillows, clean room, great bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic
Cons: only thing was, no sports bar or chain restaurant and bar to have a cocktail/snack close by that I could see. But defiantly NOT a big negative.
Pros: Clean and convenient.
Cons: No everything was as expected.
Awesome. Beautiful serene location. Lovely staff
Cons: There was no towel rack in. The bathroom by the shower with towels. I didn't realize there weren't any towels in bathroom until I got out of the shower.
Pros: Checked into room with shower. No problem switching to one with bath for kid reasons. Pleasnant staff.
Cons: Found an empty bottle missed by cleaning staff behind headboard. In their defense it was difficult to see.

Unwind in one of our guest rooms, all of which feature a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and TV. Pros: Front desk staff was helpful, and all the staff I encountered were friendly. The wifi connection was a bit more stable than other hotels I've stayed at in the same area. The room was clean and spacious.
Cons: The pillows were small. The bathroom was cramped and the fixtures were quite worn.
Pros: I stayed her because I was bringing my daughter to college, my husband and I were very please with our room:) it was nice and big and we loved that it had down comforters on the bed:) we brought our baby chi's so it was great that it was per friendly:)
Cons: The breakfast was very disappointing, we actually saw it and walked out and went to Denny's. I relieved a note on my door that if someone complains about my dog I will have to find other accommodations for my dog. If this is a pet friendly hotel then barking has to be part of dealing with coming to a pet friendly hotel. I felt that was rude especially after you already took the extra charge for the dogs after I received the note. This should also be made more clear to clients before they come to the hotel , most people's dogs bark and it's terrible to find out after paying for your room that you may have to leave if one person possibly gets annoyed.
Pros: Convenience to area restaurants. Clean facilities and the staff was very nice. Booked online and when we checked in the price was wrong but the woman at the desk took care of it very quickly.
Cons: The bed was so hard. We ended up with backaches. It was a little loud since college students stay here. I would really recommend it if you wake easily or have kids that get woken up easy.
Pros: Clean, roomy hotel room with a great shower.
Cons: We stayed in a room with a king size bed and it was rock hard. Also, the walls are very thin- we could hear every word of any conversations taking place next door or in the hallway.
Pros: Very convenient for my needs and the staff was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable. And so was the mattress which is always a priority for me. I would gladly stay in a Quality Inn & Suites again.
Pros: Large room, convenient location.
Cons: The only negative was that I was surprised that our room had not been made up or the bathroom replenished. We stayed overnight, so this should have been taken care of.
Pros: The front desk employees were especially helpful to us from out of state giving us directions, advice, and solving any problem we had with our room. Nadine especially gets our gold star.
Cons: The hallway carpets and in the breakfast room looked outdated and needed replacement from the cleanliness standpoint. The coffee served was mediocre.
The bathroom was small with an old sink height that was uncomfortable to use.

Pet limit: 1 pet per room 30 pounds or less. Newly renovated hotel April 2013
Pros: How it has a kitchen with all the appliances and how it felt more like a 'residence' instead of a room. Great amenities as well as a staff. They so had a vatiety of breakfast items that were fresh and yummy. Would definitely come back and recommend it.
Cons: The pool was closed :-( other than that everything was great!
Pros: Very clean, extremely roomy and spacious. Fabulous location central and close to shops, University, etc. Huge breakfast buffet and overall very convenient, well-priced hotel.
Cons: I only wish I would have gotten the room with a fireplace since it was snowing. Other than that, the room I did get was super spacious, huge full size kitchen, just nothing to complain about. The bed was very comfortable as well.
The entrance road is terrible. Pavement is long worn out. Pot holes (large pot holes) make entering and exiting a challenge.
Pros: Rooms were clean and neat. Housekeeping was thorough.
Cons: Pets, pets and more pets. Barking dogs all the day. Guests leave their pets in the room and they bark all day long. The first floor room are subject to noise from the second floor guest. There is NO sound deadening between floors. I had to move.
The suites are lovely, and the beds very comfortable. TVs in every room. This is a residence inn with kitchens. There was a mold smell in the kitchen, perhaps the problem with the hot water heater is the source.
Pros: Location, adjacent to Binghamton University.
Cons: After one shower, there was no hot water! There was a note to the fact that there was an individual hot water heater, but it should have been much more explicit in stating that there was only enough water in the morning for one shower!
Bottom Line is that this hotel seems a touch below what you'd expect from an average Residence Inn hotel. If you can get a good rate, it's still nice hotel but don't pay top dollar to stay here, it isn't worth it.
Pros: The rooms are big, though they don't seem quite as big as ones at other Residence Inn hotels. The breakfast was also pretty nice.
Cons: It was hard to find, tucked off of a small road. Also, it just seems over-priced, there are hotels of similar quality that offer better rates in Binghamton.
Not a lot to do in the area. Very close to Binghamton university. Binghampton zoo is very cute, especially for little kids. Tully s restaurant in shopping center next door was great.
Pros: The staff was very helpful. When we realized at 11 o'clock at night that the air conditioning wasn't working we called the front desk. Someone was at our door within minutes to fix the problem.
Cons: Need to replace mattresses and towels are a bit tattered not pure white
Great experience for a sick price.
Pros: Always love staying here. I always get a great deal with Priceline on this place, and it's way more than worth the money. It's clean, the rooms are massive, and the beds are great. Also great to have a full sized fridge.
Cons: I think it was built in the late 90s with building materials more typically suitable for a building in Florida. Understandably, the outside has taken a beating, and the bathrooms need to be switched out from their 90s glory. Other than that, awesome.

Shop near the hotel at Oakdale Mall and Binghamton's Antique Row. Come stay with us at the Residence Inn by Marriott Binghamton hotel and enjoy this beautiful area of New York
Pros: The room was very nice and spacious. And we had a beautiful view out our window.
Cons: The biggest problem was the fact that the official address of the hotel is not recognized on google maps, so my GPS sent me to Cortland, NY. I ended up driving two unnecessary hours, out of the way and then back again once I recognized the mistake.
Pros: Bed was very comfortable!
Cons: The fact that IHF points are not given for staying at IHF group.
Pros: Loved the hot breakfast and the big rooms. Also enjoyed the beautiful view of the trees and water in the back.
or some other smell, but I got no answer on that.
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: The first room we were given had a very musty-type odor and the desk staff quickly gave us another room. The second room had an odor, but not quite as strong. I asked if it could have been the overuse of some cleaning chemicals to possibly mask smoke
Cons: No smoking rooms
Pros: Room was nice
Cons: Staff was not very friendly
Pros: I liked the cleanliness of the room the best.
Cons: The breakfast was of pretty good quality, however, food and coffee had run out both mornings that I was there and had not been re-supplied.
This is a great place to stay if you are in Owego for business or vacation. The hotel itself is up to date with wireless, flat-screen TV, comfortable bedding and a free hot buffet breakfast (the kind served on plastic plates). The room has a hair dryer and coffee maker, microwave and fridge (I think - didn't open it). There was a nice chair for putting your feet up and a desk with office chair. The overhead lighting was on the dim side but the table lamps were bright enough for reading. The bathroom was tiny, but the shower was hot with plenty of water pressure, nice amount of towels, shampoo and conditioner, lotion, and soaps. My room looked out over a gazebo and the river (though the windows are not so conducive to taking in the view). The heat/AC worked well throughout and wasn't loud. I didn't turn on the TV but it was a good size. There was a full length mirror available, but no mirror you could get close to with a bright light nearby. The staff was fabulous, friendly and helpful. And the Owego Pharmacy across the street was charming and so helpful. Plus the TOPS market has anything you forgot or might want to eat right across the street. I didn't try the restaurant next door, but there are plenty of restaurant choices in town (ate Mexican and Los Dos Chicas downtown, which was great and cheap). Fast food abounds nearby, gas station too. Overall, recommend the hotel, and Owego itself is loaded with cute shops, buy olive oil, honey, and syrup, jewelry, antiques, art and crafts.
Pros: Great value - a much nicer room than you would expect at that price. It is Owego - but there are more expensive hotels there too.
Cons: Room needed vacuuming. There was a piece of tape on the floor when I arrived and it was still there when I left. It didn't look bad, but it's the kind of thing that makes you wonder.
JJ NOLIS , SINGER SONGWRITER...... HERE.... MY FAVORITE HOTEL.. IN OWEGO , NY..... ENJOY.
Pros: singer / songwriter , JJ NOLIS HERE .... I LOVE THIS HOTEL.... GREAT PRICE.... WATERFRONT ON THE RIVER.... SUCH A LOVELY STAFF.... Thnks for such a great visit .... in my hometown area.... visit my music site: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Cons: holiday inn owego rocks!
No pool in hotel itself, adjacent Hampton inn has one.
Pros: Everything was satisfactory except our bill.
Cons: We were double charged, by Priceline and the hotel. This is the type of thing that ruins an experience for me.
Pros: Rooms were clean beds were plush and service was awesome plus they allow pets. There is a resturant on site, and grocery across the street. The location in right off the highway.
Pros: I was not expecting such a nice hotel. The room was very clean and fresh. I like the fact that there was a resturant bar attached to the hotel plus a grocery store accross the street, and its right off the highway.
At Parkway Inn, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Roberson Museum and Science Center and Discovery Center. You'll have free perks like WiFi and self parking. Also, NYSEG Stadium and Waterman Conservation Education Center are within a short drive.
Cons: The beds where so nasty and noisy when ever i turned,if the carpet was cleaner i would have prefer to sleep on the floor.could not use the shower, water stinks like it came from the sewer, had to use bottle water to rinse teethes.
Pros: Friendly greeting and helpful front desk person. This is an older property but was fairly clean. For the price it was what I expected. Quiet at night. Got a great night's sleep.
Cons: General property could use a facelift.
Cons: did not accept AAA and it is AAA approved i should have argued the point
The refrigerator and microwave would have been especially helpful considering that all of the fast-food outlets were on the complete other side of town, about 5-6 miles away. The free breakfast consisted of a packaged pastry and a small orange juice. About 3-4 miles off the interstate.
Pros: Free internet and parking were excellent.
Cons: The room description stated that the room 'features a refrigerator and microwave' but these were absent from the room I had. When I pointed it out, no partial refund or other consideration was offered.
it was cheap and near our destination...but could have been improved with a litle effort
Pros: lady on duty was nice..but quickly spied my daughter in the car and uped the price $10 plus tax...for an adequate room...and sad bathroom..shower curtain should have been thrown out..and floor was scary..i wore flips..water pressure non existant..
Cons: room was sad but not filthy..beds pretty saggy...and if there was any'breakfast'i was afraid to partake after seeing the nasty shower...we left quick
A trailer park, water stains along the baseboard, walls bowed outward, carpet filthy, baseboard heaters rusted and dirty. A very scary place.
Pros: Nothing we left a half hour after checking in and we were refused a refund.
Cons: The rooms were smelly, mold and dirt was in the grout of the tiles, we had to plug in the fridge first because they were unplugged, no curtains on the bathroom windows that looked out
Pros: Good location if you want to go to golf course
Cons: Terrible rooms, rude staff, everything was dirty and falling apart. Bed was questionable to even sleep in. Sheets and pillows had stains all over them. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
Pros: There a was a young man, junior at Union Endicott School that was manning the desk one night. He was very helpful and friendly. Bedding appeared to be clean and the bed was comfortable. It was only a few miles from Lupo's Char-Pit, however I found Knights Inn within walking distance. Will checked them out next time.
Cons: I could not find the remote for the TV. I saw something on the floor under the mattress by the headboard. Thought it might be the remote, but was a 2011 HBO tv schedule (my stay was March 2017). I inquired about the remote and was told that she said the cable was out at check in. I did not hear that. I also wanted a double bed room but got a single queen. They had a set up for breakfast but did not see anything. Overall it was ok for a single adult male, but I would not take kids or my wife there. Wifi was connected to the golf course, was a bit leary on using that. I would spend a 10-15 more per night next time.
Cons: Dirtiness all around, broken windows, broken furniture, inability to cancel even though reserved with free cancel option,no complimentary breakfast even though it was advertised on website as included,
Pros: The Red Carpet Inn meet our needs for our recent stay in Endicott. It is within walking distance of the Catholic Church and Businesses on Main Street. The beds were comfortable and the sheets clean. The Front desk manager was friendly and helpful. It's not fancy but it worked for us while visiting family in Endicott.
Cons: The air conditioner worked well, but was noisy. There was a bit of a musty smell in one of our three rooms.
When you stay at Red Carpet Inn Endicott Binghamton, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Waterman Conservation Education Center. You'll have free perks like WiFi and self parking.
Pros: I generally liked most of the accommodations, the staff, and the cleanness was definitely what I was hoping for. That and I was overjoyed to find a HDMI compatible TV in my room.
Cons: Some of the outdated bathroom facilities. In particular I didn't like the non adjustable shower-head that made me feel like I was being sprayed by a mini fire-hose. That and I didn't like the bathtub plug that didn't work when I was more in the mood for a bath than a shower on one of my nights at the motel.
Cons: Ceiling fixtures were hanging. Shower curtain rod kept falling from the wall, 1 light bulb worked in the whole room, desk chair kept falling apart, tney said coffee and alarm clock in room there was none.
Pros: You def get what u pay for.
Cons: One towel one wash cloth. TV was small. Coffee was left in filter from last guest. Staff was rude. Only thing good was the price
Pros: they charged me $50.00 for one night/ that is okay. the water that came from the shower was forceful and that was great. the room needs more repairs like there was broken furniture, the door hinges needs some repairs, some fresh coat of paint. the bathroom is very clean. sign in and sign out was very quick and simple.
Cons: overall the room needs fresh coat of paint, repairs to the furniture, the white towels were not fresh and crisp. we used our own towels. I can forget all the other negatives however there is something i have to tell and hope this is addressed well for the sake of your business. please please keep the breakfast area very clean. the refrigerator was so filthy, the gallon of milk in that refrigerator had gone sour, the container that had the utensils was so filthy- dirty- nothing looked clean in the breakfast nook.the microwave inside was very dirty. if the owners are unable to keep up with the cleanliness, please do not offer free breakfast. from the time i went to have the breakfast around 8am and until i checked out this older woman (i think it is the owner) was watching tv with her both feet up. never said hello or how are you. cleanliness in an eating area is very important [ls take care of it. thank uou
