Inside of car, front and bach seats, and trunk area strewn with trash from prior renters. Very disappointing, otherwise the experience was “good” overall.

Pros:

The drop off was a bit complicated since the Budget airport location is closed. Fortunately the Avis people found us and checked in the car. They were all very nice at pick up and drop off

Pros:

Pickup and dropoff was easy, and the car was clean when I got it

Cons:

nothing! The car was clean when I got it, the service was top notch, the return was seamless. nothing else I could ask for in a rental agency, you have my business next time!!!

They committed fraud on me, they charged me an extra 134 dollars from my account, they claim that I did not fill the gas tank and that is lies. I have proof that if I did fill it, if I have to go to court for this, I will do it if they do not return my money.

Ive had the worst experience I ever had with hertz rental car . I have never had an experience such as this ever . The customer service was bad we had to wait an hour to receive a car then the hertz store only had one car which they didn’t have the inventory what we had originally what was pre-paid for so we had to pay an additionally fee. Then the young lady that worked for the company lied to us told us we can bring the car back at 5:00 and would take us back to the airport . She lied to us when we got there the store was closed and we were way out not even by an airport. I stay on the phone with Hertz for and whole hour to talk about my experience. Didn’t get a live agent . Then when it was finally time for us to go we almost missed our plan due to the gate of the rental store was locked we had to give the key and leave the car on the property at Chevy dealer with Jason. Whole experience was awful. The young lady that they had working there was so un professional. She could have giving us the right times for business hours. Which she didn't she basically misled us on everything with the rental. Not a happy customer by far. Hertz never tried to make things right either. POOR SERVICE THERE at the store Nd over the phone. They never resolved our issue.
