Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was always very good and the staff was accommodating and I could take breakfast to the room when the kids slept late. Family members who lived where we went to visit were welcomed to swim and we could eat together for lunch in the breakfast area as we brought in our own food. The whole staff was wonderful.
Cons: I only wish would have known about the cot situation and we would have gotten a larger room. My 9-year-old son is small so I was able to make him a bed in the bathtub or under the counter in the room. He thought it was fun and didn't mind was an adventure for him to sleep in the bath. There were enough pillows for the bottom of the tub and an extra-large blanket that worked fine. Fire code was the reason for no cot and we certainly understood.

Pros: Very friendly
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and great breakfast.
Cons: Warmer indoor pool.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: I reserved the room with my debit card, and I was sent with cash to pay for room, gas and food. When I got to the motel, I was told I would have to pay an extra $100 for deposit for paying with cash. So I had to pay with my personal credit card. If I reserved with one card shouldn’t that had been enough not to have to pay a deposit
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good the egg omelet was great. Very quit. Lots of room. All in all I thought it was very nice.
Cons: I wish there had been a small table in the room. My husband and I love to play cards and we had to use the ironing board to do so. But of course we had that to use. There is plenty of room for a small table with a couple of chairs.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Need non-slip decals in the tub. Safety bars for us older folks to get in and out of the tub. Hand hekd showerheads would be nice.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The only issue I had was I required to give them 100$ deposit or my credit card for up to 350$ if there was damage to the room. I choose the 100$. While I was checking in another customer was complaining on Phone same issue
4.6 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Cons: They will take your deposit if you pay cash. Ericka, supposedly the manager, said we smoked in our room which neither me or husband smokes. We had our door open to load our things the people next door was outside smoking. So duh...the smell will go inside. They are scam artist.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: we didn't eat much breakfast, there really wasn't much
Cons: the coffee was terrible, it was very weak
1.0 Poor
Pros: False advertising did not have hot tub like it said or fitness gym I was very disappointed would not allow us to have family to come visit with very bad I will NEVERgo there Again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room very clean. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Hotel was very nice and clean inside but the landscaping didn't look very attrative. Area around pool did t look very nice.
7.1 Good
Pros: Breakfast was supper, hand made to order eggs, belgian waffle machine. Far above normal motel in this range. Desk clerks and breakfast crew were super. Manager is a greedy pig, threatened to charge me $35 per rabbit for two little carriers with 4 show bunnies in each. I had not planned to bring them in but heat wave...even at 9:30 pm...was still over 80 degrees. He played noble and said $35 for them all, but they don't get out of the carriers, run around, make messes. $70 for two night visit was too high. Fortunately another guest heard the conversation and told me Ag Building was open late and I could take the over there. When I got back at 11pm I only wanted to take a quick pee and hit the rack. The bed was extremely comfortable but the bathroom lights are on an automatic control with a very loud exhaust fan. Roared for at least 15 minutes. When it stopped I could hear the people, teens I think, playing jump from bed to bed. At 1 pm I called and it mostly stopped but started again later. Horrible manager, horrible bathroom light/fan, paper thin floors. Not a good experience at all. Beautifully renovated property though. Good management would be able to fix all these problems. As it is this guy with tank it trying to be greedy. I could see him around the corner when the desk clerk ran back and forth and he wouldn't come out in person. I cancelled the second night since they wouldn't accommodate me. The hotel I stayed in the second night, Fortune Inn in Newport (have stayed there before) had there whole computer system down, had to walk everyone to their room, every time. They were gonna charge me $20 pet fee which I could except but when they saw the little carriers they didn't charge me at all. As a bonus the pre-authorized charge for my cancelled second night stayed on my account for 5 days. Might be a booking.com issue.
Cons: The manager's rigidity and greed in taking advantage of my need to save my poor rabbits heat stroke. The disasterous automatic bathroom lights...left another woman's child in the dark taking a bath. The mismanagement of placing noisy guests and groups near people actually wanting to sleep.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The quality of rooms for excellent the staff I'll check in and especially the young lady on the morning staff was outstanding. Very biker friendly I would recommend the call Diane here funny group riding or individua

Cons: Room was nasty
5.0 Okay
Pros: I slept well, but was very tired
Cons: Desk staff tried to get me to cancel my booking with Booking.com to avoid whatever difference in profit that might mean. I told her it was non-refundable but she continued to urge me to do so until I told her I would like to benefit from that effort. Then she insisted I just leave well enough alone. Afraid I might somehow suffer I agreed to stay. Found the room very substandard. Lamp with bare wires, less than 1\2 roll of TP, Wobbly table, tacky cloth covering screwed over bathroom window. My wife was very creeped out.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The beds were 1st rate. Unfortunately that was the only thing
Cons: Changed rooms because security bolt required Mr Atlas to operate. Second room had no place to hang clothes; door to bathroom wouldn’t close or open without loud noise; room was not clean. Bed was quite good. First question upon checking in was who was going to pay for room (this after my husband said he had reservation - which had be guaranteed by credit card.
