Pros:Staff friendly. Easy process
Pros:the attendants were happy, polite, and excellent to work with. A very pleasant experience. They even remembered us when we returned the car!

Pros:The people were very efficient. The check in went fast and we were upgraded to a Jeep at no cost. The drop off was seamless. I would rent through Payless again in the future,
Pros:The representative at the Pittsburgh Airport who got us our car was extremely nice and fast. I have never experienced this with a car rental company before.
Cons:Line was short. Car was close. That may be a function of the airport and my flight time but everyone was easy convenient and smooth
Pros:Pickup was right outside the airport. Car was clean. It also got very good mpg 37. I was very happy with the company.

Cons:I arrived, as planned around 11:00 a.m. on 1/17/17. Agent could not find reservation because they had me scheduled to arrive at 11:59 p.m. I showed my reservation that notes otherwise to the agent but it was quickly dismissed. Additionally, our reservation states a total due of $49.65. Actual charge was $99.29. Kayak's website does not seem to sync with Payless Car Rental.
Pros:I liked both the service at the counter and at pickup location - very helpful, esp. the person who helped me find the car.
Cons:I'm really not that picky but the car itself rode a little 'rough' and the floor mats could've used a good wipe. Other than that, it was really fine.
