Pros:Relatively easy
Cons:Incorporate the hidden fees into the quoted price. Still a better deal than the others but a little frustrating to spend an unexpected amount at checkout

Cons:The shuttle from the airport should be more frequent. Shuttle was too small for number of people who needed to get to the rental center. Check in process took a long time. Check out scanner was broken and had to manually close out the contract inside and took up time on the day of flying out.

Cons:Waited 50 minutes for shuttle at airport. When it didn't come and were unable to get thru on phone, found out agency closed at 6 ;00. I had prepaid for 7 ;00 pickup

Cons:Staff was rude and the website claimed i could use a debit card then they refused my debit card. Fix your site. This was so frustrating that i probably won’t use Payless again
