Pros:People were good to deal with. Manager was really good in communication and courtesy.
Cons:Waiting was longer for pick up from the nearest rail station. Was stated 2 minutes end up almost 20 minutes. Also picking up the car was longer than expected. It was ready but I guess they were short of people.
Pros:The car was in excellent condition, and Markus Meyers did a great job making our trip as smooth as possible!

Cons:the car rental was not at the airport as i requested on kayak! asked the girl at enterprise if we could rent a car from her shop and cancel the other one. she said she had no cars. i asked if i could cancel and go to national next door. she said they used the same fleet and they had no cars either. had to take an uber 30 min and $40 to find out the car rental closed at 1 when we arrived at 4pm, but the girl at the enterprise at the airport never told us they were closed and confirmed that we had a car waiting for us there. had to pay another $40 back to airport to rent from another car rental place. which on our way back called national and wow they had a car. well my saving money for a 191.00 week long car rental totaled 561.00 for the car. because we needed a car that day, $80.00 for an hour and half wasted time uber ride and $10.00 tip for the uber driver. will never use kayak again. and shame on enterprise for bad customer service
Pros:Price was great and vehicle was great, comfortable and clean, for the most part.
Cons:When making the reservation, we were lead to believe the pickup location was at the airport, as that is the destination we indicated when making the reservation. When we arrived at the enterprise location at the airport, much to our surprise, our reservation was actually 15 miles away. The airport location and others nearby had no availability, so we had no choice but to take a $40 uber ride to the location where our rental was. Luckily, we still got a great deal on the ride and the enterprise location was somewhat on the way to our final destination. However, it would be helpful if the booking website made it clear that the pickup location differs from the location typed in by the customer. I realize that it being 15 miles away likely allowed us to get such a reduced price, but it would have saved a lot of hassle to have been made aware from the start.
