Pros:Relatively new car, no defects.
Cons:Took 45 min to pick up car; counter was understaffed. Took 15 min to drop off car - had to go into counter and wait. Also, if you decline the insurance, they charge several hundred $$ to credit card and refund the credit balance after you return car - kind of shady, I think.

Pros:Got a new car that only had 60 miles on it.
Cons:The location is off site and the pickup drop off process as well as checkin/out is very SLOW. The office is filthy, disorganized and there is trash and paper work everywhere. I am concerned at the safety of my personal information in that environment. It also is a terrible signal to a paying customer. I travel all over the country and this location was the worst I have visited in 5+ years. I would not go back... even the young lady who helped me was VERY nice.

Cons:The wait to get the car was significant - approx. an hour. Low energy. There was half a tank of gas in the car when I picked it up.

Cons:Car not clean, unlimited mileage but only if I drove in 3 states, if I wanted to go to DC, VA, or anywhere else, it cost additional charge. This should be disclosed up front, b4 rental.

Cons:They said it's nonsmoking car and inside of the car smell so bad. Not cleaned and washed properly. Had to wait for shuttle at airport for 45 minutes.
