Only one person was available to help multiple customers. Employee did not go over vehicle prior damages nor vehicle features with the customer. Drop off services were horrible. I landed at the airport and waited for the Payless shuttle van to show up. I saw the shuttle vans for Avis, Hertz, Alamo, etc. No Payless van. After 20 minutes, I tried to call the Payless location and they were closed. I had to rent another car from a company that was actually open (Avis). Please refund me my money for this rental since they were closed and I never picked up a car from them. Thanks.Reviewed Apr 5 2024
