Cons:Kayak quoted $138.00 for a week. When I got my receipt it was $283.00. These people are illegal.

Cons:Rental office was filthy and disorganized. Rental lot was unprofessional looking. Car had significant vibration at freeway speed. Offsite from airport made it more inconvenient.

Cons:The company changed their computer system and no longer accepted debit cards without a $300 deposit and still wanted to run my credit. We are in the process of purchasing a home and I was uncomfortable with running the risk of messing with out loan. We chose this rental company because in the past they waived the $300 debit card deposit if you purchased the full insurance. Unfortunate they no longer offer this option and are unwilling to accomidate you in any way. We will never rent a car from them again.
