Pros:Quick to get me in a car and quick to take the car back when I returned.
Pros:Staff was very courteous, and the car was clean and well kept.
Pros:Car was clean and ready to go
Cons:Definitely an effort to upsell at the desk and ended up costing about $50 more than quoted for some reason, but very friendly and quick.
Pros:I picked up the car at off-peak time and the rental was a breeze. I don’t think it took 5 minutes, from counter to driving away. Rental car was clean and got great gas mileage which saved money on top of the Kayak/Payless savings. All good!
Cons:In Pensacola, I was there twice and there was not person at the counter to help me. I went to the other counter which was very busy. I ended up calling the Payless number to make sure All was taken car of. They said they would send a receipt but never did. Other than that, it was easy and affordable!
Pros:From the pick up to the drop off was very great and the car was very comfortable and good in gas

Pros:There were nice had us all set up at the airport and cheap on price
Cons:Had a nail in tire took about a day and a half to get us a new car but after that everything ran great! .... I should also mention for this inconvenience they refunded me a day and allowed me to return the car with a half tank
