everything about pick up.. Car was scheduled to be picked up by 8 am....they don't opent till 9 am...they had no cars to rent. i was sent to danbury, an hour away. The Danbury office did not honor planned expenses. Would never use Hertz agaiin. They have become incompetent robbers.10.0 Wonderful

I got a free upgrade to a nicer car and everyone was very nice that I interacted withCons:
The location that I selected for my rental car was closed. I received no notice of this. Only when I called to confirm my rental did they tell me to come to another location. I had to rearrange many plans to do so. This was a big error that would have been fixed either online or by letting me know beforehand.8.0 Very good

The customer service at the Croton-on-Hudson location was excellent. The young man working there was extremely courteous and pleasant, and everything went quickly and smoothly.Cons:
I wasn't crazy about the Hyundai I was given. I find that that model doesn't have the best visibility so I wouldn't recommend it.8.0 Very good
