Pros. All the staff were very extremely warm and friendly.
Cons. There was no oven to bake in.
Pros. There were a few problems with the check-in, but the staff quickly resolved them and made a room available. The hotel is very new and they are still working out some kinks, but the staff was very accommodating and professional. The kitchen stocked with basic cooking items and dishes was nice. The pool is small and the water and pool room were cold. A lot of the rooms have a great view of the mountains and city. The complementary breakfast has a nice selection of hot and cold items, and the seating area has booths with TVs, as well as tables and a counter area where you can plug in electronic devices and eat. The lobby is large and modern. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay!
