Pros:
The car was decent. Drop off was easy just a little hard to find as the google address brings us to the Mazda dealership and there are no obvious signs in the front of there being enterprise.Cons:
Service was awful. It was a busy weekend and supposedly the company doesn’t anticipate these things for holidays. We waited about three hours for a random car to be ready. I booked and paid for an economy car (Corolla or similar) but got a really small compact car. The car change was fine but there was no refund or price change for downsizing or inconvenience. Sat on the sidewalk for almost three hours and I even called the corporate customer service number to ask for my options and the lady was unsure how to handle the situation so she stopped talking and eventually hung up on me. I don’t know how they could have been so overbooked, it was a terrible experience picking up the car. Everything else was fine10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The price of the rental was great and it was great for our family and 2 dogs to travel in the comfort of a mini van for our trip and have a DVD player as well! Not to mention the miles we saved on our own cars!Hertz

After a tremendous amount of time, inconvenience, and multiple visits, we were finally given a vehicle that met our needs.Cons:
Our reservation made almost 3 months in advance meant nothing. We needed a minivan for our vavation, and there were none to be had.2.0 Poor

The facility was terrible. There was not a lot of help, the employees on pick up and drop off were slow and disinterested. Customer service was clearly NOT a priority. The car itself was terrible. It was expensive and not as described. It had 36K miles so it was older but the condition was terrible. The cloth seats in the interior were stained beyond any rental I have ever seen and there was a disgusting smell like fast food in the car for the duration of my rental. I had to buy 2 car fresheners for the vents and they did not even help in eliminating the smell. Another man that I was speaking with when I was dropping off my car was complaining that the car he just rented from them had bald tires. The rental company was disgraceful. I have rented many cars, especially in the past 3 years. I will NEVER rent from this company again.2.4 Poor

We had a rental car reserved and picking up at 6pm. Guess what? Rental car location is closed at 6pm! Tried to get one at the airport & they wanted to charge us 3x the price. Thank goodness for uber, because this was awful10.0 Wonderful
