Cons:
I modified my rental and was told my total would be 240 they didn’t say anything about being charged per mile. When I returned the car I was charged 442 dollars for mileage charges2.0 Poor

Cons:
Reserved a mid-size suv. At pickup the only thing they had was a cargo van! Seriously it was that or walk. Got to drive that from San Antonio to Galveston. They made no effort on their own to fix the problem. After numerous phone calls i initiated I was finally able to exchange it 3 days later for a Ford Fiesta (only car available) 25 miles away. Horrible customer service and overall experience! Never again Hertz!!Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Whoever assisted me could have done better at checking/inspecting the car with me for any physical damage to the car. He didn’t inspect the vehicle with me. He was unable to offer the cheaper online third-party collision car insurance. Instead, he offered me his onsite car insurance 3x more expensive compared to the online.8.0 Very good

We were given a pick up time of 12 noon, we showed up about ten minutes early and when we tried to walk in the lady was very rude and locked the door on us saying they were closed. This particular location apparently closed at noon but she couldn't even take us in since we were there before noon and had a reservation. Then she tried hiding behind the counter like we didn't see her. It was an overall horrible experience.5.2 Fair
