Internet didn't work and when I reported it I was given a support number to call. Sitting on the phone for an hour (which didn't solve the problem) was a big waste of my time. I stayed at the Westin after this place and it was night and day. They obviously train there staff at the Westin because from checkin to cleaning people they were helpful, courteous, and friendly. Everything about the Holiday Inn lacked, the Westin excelled at . Stay there instead.
