Pros (+) Everything
Cons (-) The only problem we had was with valet that we told the front desk and they forgot to tell the valet guys and 45 minutes later waiting for the car we approached the guys at the valet and they had no idea that we were waiting for the car. But it wasn’t their fault. They were very nice.

Pros (+) The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very clean. The staff were all pleasant, professional and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location. It's a very short walk to great restaurants, shopping and Petco Park. I would definately stay here again.
Cons (-) Parking at the hotel was very expensive ($47 per day). The rooms were a little small for the cost of them and it would have been nice if there was a mini-fridge in them. There is also no "sundries" store, so if you want a drink or a snack there is no where to get that. We also called for room service and no one answered the phone.

Cons (-) The glass shower in the middle of the room is just plain weird. There are not a lot of people I want to see shower. It just feels intimate in a very out-of-place kind of way. My friend and I went out for the evening and came back for an nightcap at the bar. Much to our disappointment, they did 'last call' early, so we missed out on a final drink. It feels like a new hotel needs to create some cons...

Pros (+) The service is outstanding. Every team member at every level cannot do enough for you. The grounds are beautiful overlooking the Pacific Ocean. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel.
Cons (-) There is nothing about this hotel that you will not like!
