Pros. The hotel is very clean, had friendly staff and is centrally located to the train station, highway and for walking to see the city. The attached mall, Providence Place, has a good selection of stores and restaurants for all budgets.
Cons. Having to join the hotel loyalty club to obtain free wifi. Why not make it available as soon as I enter the hotel?

Cons. We paid extra to get a corner room which we thought would have been bigger than it was. The room next to us had a young child who spent the night screaming from 4am-noon, so we didn't get much sleep the first night. Wifi was expensive as well as parking. Also from our room you could hear the elevator every time it came up and down past our floor which was annoying at times. we purchased a movie one night to watch and the movie skipped. the front desk did not charge us for it, but you would think for paying $18 for a movie that the quality would have been better
