Pros. Location can’t be beat
Cons. Something is reallly... off about this place. Service was basically non existent. Other people staying there were a really odd cross-section. Felt as if the hotel was housing people displaced by the pandemic. A lot of random noise at night. Weird experience.
Pros. We had a problem with the air unit not syncing with the remote. A call down to front desk and within minute an engineer came to help resolve the problem. I told it might be user errors as I'm not familiar with these units before. But after he tried restarting resetting. And the problem persisted. That's when he call it in to swap room for us as he's not sure how long it'll take. A few minutes later the night manager apologized for the inconveniences. And we were on our way to the new room.
Cons. I understand that it's downtown. But with so many garage nearby. It would make sense to have a deal or two with them (onsite parking) for hotel guest to park there. Echoing what other have said. $30/night for parking is steep. I only stayed for 2 nights. So that comes to $60 total extra for parking.
Pros. The location is great but you do get a lot of noise from the street.
Pros. Room and staff were excellent.
Cons. No pool or hot tub and the fitness center is too small.
Pros. The hotel was a close walk to the mall and the park as well as a nice stroll to other local restaurants. We got a nice view of the city and the halls were quiet for sleeping in.
Cons. It cost $26 a day to park in their parking lot. And my sister in law got a fold out couch for her to sleep on and the mattress had red-ish makeup all over it and it was very uncomfortable.
Pros. Friendly staff and great location. Near a train station that can get you to Boston. Parking garage had many open stalls making it convenient to park.
Cons. Price to leave car overnight felt high. The vanity was crowded for two guests.
Pros. Great staff, big rooms, clean
Cons. A bit expensive to park car ($26 a night)
Pros. The hotel was in an excellent location and the room had a picture perfect view!
Cons. The washer and dryer were both coin operated; however, a change machine was lacking. Replace the washer and dryer!
Pros. Gooo everithing
Cons. Ok
Pros. View was nice from the room, staff was very nice.
Cons. Parking is not included. 20 to park per day, and 26 if you have to take your car out at any point that day.
