My only issue was not being to rent the car due to my Drivers license expiring the next day the 29th. Im not sure if I was charged, I was looking forward to celebrating my 45th that weekend, Other than that the location and customer service has always been professional despite the one employee having to do all the work

I don't think the car was inspected very well prior to me renting it. There was sticky stuff on the inside of the front passenger window that prevented the window from going down in a few instances. All the staff I encountered whether in person or on the phone were very pleasant and efficient. When I needed to call the customer support number, the options were very confusing. I needed to report an issue, but it wasn't an emergency, and there was not an obvious choice, so that was very frustrating. The car also smelled like a smoker. Staff 5/5, experience 3/5.

Silver Springs location is remote but the personnel couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Very pleasant. Of course, they didn’t have the car I wanted or reserved, but were accommodating and we worked out a deal. Enjoyed the car they rented me.

This is not the fault of the employees at this office, but of the corporation itself. My car was not ready when I arrived for my scheduled time because this location ran out of vehicles. They were not even sure when or if they would receive more vehicles. Apparently the company allows folks to keep booking despite not having the information of whether or not a car will be available and ready at the agreed rental time. I didn’t get my car until 1.5 hours after the scheduled pick up time. Unacceptable.

HUGE PROBLEM. When you rent a car in Providence, it may not be at airport. Our rental thru you was in downtown Providence, NOT PVD. Agent said it happens a lot. Agent solved problem but rental was $100 more.
