The original vehicle we picked up had a tire with a slow leak and the passenger seat was very stained. We returned it the next day and were given a different vehicle with no issues. The rental agent was very nice and helpful. Upon return of the vehicle we were charged a refueling fee even though we filled the tank at a station just outside the return center. Customer service was very helpful in getting the charge removed.Reviewed Jul 15 2026

Drop off - no one to meet me in drop off lane. No receipt provided. Checkout delayed by unfounded claims that I already had a rental in progress.Reviewed Apr 15 2026

HUGE PROBLEM. When you rent a car in Providence, it may not be at airport. Our rental thru you was in downtown Providence, NOT PVD. Agent said it happens a lot. Agent solved problem but rental was $100 more.Reviewed Jun 27 2024
