HUGE PROBLEM. When you rent a car in Providence, it may not be at airport. Our rental thru you was in downtown Providence, NOT PVD. Agent said it happens a lot. Agent solved problem but rental was $100 more.Reviewed Jun 27 2024

Cons:Pick up the car and it was dirty i have to wash it and clean it myself and the worst part is I returned the car 3 days early and returned $2.43 cents to my card. Thank you Budget you are the worst rental cars i’ve ever imagined.Reviewed Jul 14 2020
