The car I rented wasn't there! I reserved an electric vehicle - any electric vehicle - and instead was given a large gas SUV. I had to speak to 3 customer service representatives to cancel my reservation because there were no other cars they could give me. It was a giant waste of time and a huge disrupter of my plans. Really liked the screen we got it with an eighth of a tank and gave them 1/4 of a tank. Bigger SUV than usual but worked with 2 people with accessibility issues.Reviewed Nov 3 2025

This is not the fault of the employees at this office, but of the corporation itself. My car was not ready when I arrived for my scheduled time because this location ran out of vehicles. They were not even sure when or if they would receive more vehicles. Apparently the company allows folks to keep booking despite not having the information of whether or not a car will be available and ready at the agreed rental time. I didn’t get my car until 1.5 hours after the scheduled pick up time. Unacceptable.Reviewed Jul 10 2025
