Pros:

Nothing, worst rental company ever

Cons:

They didn’t have the car I booked or any other car and sent me to a different location where they “found a car” after expending $60 in Uber to get to them, the other location had no cars available and I just lost my time and money.

Cons:

Upon arriving at the pick up location, one staff seemed to be manning both the phones and the front desk customers there picking up rentals. Support your staff and your customers better by staffing adequately.

Pros:

Staff unfriendly and not helpful. They didn't call me letting me know that they were going to rent my vehicle so when I arrived they had no rental car available.

Cons:

They should have called me to let me know that they were going to rent my vehicle to someone else. Better communication.
