The price on Kayak!Cons:
The fact that I never got a car. They didn't have any. After waiting in line, they handed me a list of rules on what I needed, but couldn't produce because I was nowhere near home. As a frequent customer in my home town, I asked that my account be looked up so they know my history. They gave no assistance and I was told that since each MO location is franchised, only my home location could help me...except I'm out of town, stranded.....Payless

They booked me a time after they close for the day so I couldn’t pick up my car. I called the next morning when they opened but they had given my car away the day before. They wouldn’t honor my booking. They charged me double. They would’t “pick us up” (their slogan). Very frustrating!!!Avis

Cons:
Car wasn’t ready at pickup time. I was on a schedule so I couldn’t wait for it to be cleaned. Car was filthy and reeked of smoke. I didn’t realize smoking was even still allowed in rental cars. Pickup attendant didn’t have a professional appearance what so ever. I didn’t care for the Sears location. Next time I will pickup at the airport as I’ve never had issues there.10.0 Wonderful

They didn’t have my car I request months in advance, not any other comparable car. They lied to us about it. Said it had a flat tire and would take 2 days to fix it. We will NOT be back!Cons:
