Cancelled due to different the pick up - drop off points
Pros: Easy to reserve through Kayak. Easy to Cancel through Kayak with no penalty fees. Attractive rental fee.
Cons: Wanted pick up and delivery at MCI (KC airport), instead the reservation would have required me to pick up in downtown KC and drop off in Independence MO. Who does that? Not apparent at time of selecting car that it was not at the Airport and that pick up and drop off weren't even at the same location. Rather unlikely that I would use Kayak or Enterprise again for car rental.

Pros: I was happy about the ease to get the rental.
Cons: I was unhappy with the cost. It was so different than what was projected on Kayak.com

Good service, dirty car
Pros: Good service. They gave me a 10% discount because of the dirty car.
Cons: The car hadn't been dusted or cleaned in a while. There was still spare change and wrappers from a previous driver on the floor and a layer of dust cabs grime on everything.

Cons: I was not familiar with the area. I went on line and ordered the car. Apparently it was a a city location and not the airport so it cost me another $43 total. Judy

Pros: Easy to get to rental location, numerous shuttles. Well maintained. Easy to pick up and drop off car.
Pros: The price was right and the employees were very friendly.
Cons: I had to trade the original car in for an upgrade the next morning because the original (kia rio) didn't have cruise control.

Pros: Finally got my $ refunded
Cons: Called before I went to pick up my car and they said my rental was cancelled. I tried to explain that I moved my rental up one day and the first one was cancelled but I should have a second rental. Long story short they said i didn't have a rental and my money could not be refunded because it was prepaid. 800 customer service was great. Refunded with no problem.
Cons: The fact that I never got a car. They didn't have any. After waiting in line, they handed me a list of rules on what I needed, but couldn't produce because I was nowhere near home. As a frequent customer in my home town, I asked that my account be looked up so they know my history. They gave no assistance and I was told that since each MO location is franchised, only my home location could help me...except I'm out of town, stranded.....
