The office staff were all very professional and easy to deal with. When we returned the car my wife and I were having trouble finding a way to get from the Hertz office to SeaTac airport. It was dark outside by that time. There was a staff member whose name escapes me was very supportive and helped us solve the issue and we finally got going. She was a young white lady with blonde like hair that airing some tires at the time. Many thanks to her from us. Epifanio Elizondo.

Brandon was awesome and a big help. However, the location offers some difficulties: out of the way part of town; cramped lot without specific directions posted on how to perform off-hours drop-offs; an inconspicuous, hard-to-find drop-off box; no real waiting area; and TERRIBLE business neighbors (Bel-Red Storage) who are rude, who are unwilling to offer help or ask questions, who are unaccommodating to Hertz customers' need for momentary parking space for unloading, and who have the keys to the bathroom. Being there for a drop off while Hertz was closed, I needed to ask an employee at the neighboring business where to find the drop box. I was given vague directions with a very snarky, hostile attitude (not exaggerating) and was told to move the car. Unfortunately for Hertz, the poor practices of your neighbor effects and discolors your own capacity to offer a comfortable and welcoming business environment. I will continue to recommend Hertz, but never will I recommend that location, despite the kindness and good work of Brandon.

Car was dirty, the windshield wiper were worn out/ had to buy new ones. The rear window was opaque and was unable to see through. Would not rent from them again.

Pickup was pretty great, the rep at the Bellevue WA location was wonderful and helpful. During our stay in WA, someone broke into our vehicle, shattering the rear window. Took an hour on the phone to get ahold of roadside assistance, only to be told to drive it to the airport with the broken window, where I was charged more to exchange the car. The rep there at the airport was overworked, they didn't have enough staff.

Horrible. Partly though Kayak was a big part of the problem. Will not use this site again to book travel. That said Hertz could have tried to help us out and be more accommodating and did zero. Both companies get a huge F - in my book.

The pickup process was super easy they went over the contract and standard procedures but what really made them stand out was their caring to make sure the car fit my families needs. They made sure we had the room for space and luggage in our rental. Which I appreciate.

We couldn't pick up the car the day we rented it because we were after hours wich was our fault but then we showed up the very next morning as soon as they opened and had to wait for over an hour while they washed and cleaned the car. When I picked it up the storage compartment had all sorts of cheetos and cherios in it.Have the vehicle ready when you say you will.

Nothing. I never was able to even get the car because of how far from the airport they were located.Better knowledge that the car rental location had such restricted hours and was so far from the airport.
