Cons:
I was going to drop the key into the drop box, while I see that on the top of the drop box it said that the rental record need to be dropped together. However in the rental record page it said that express returns is not available at all locations. This is kind of confusing.8.0 Very good

Cons:
Hertz was good but I went through Kayak to get a rental car from SeaTac airport and Kayak used Hotwire to get my Rental car. I was very disappointed in Hotwire, instead of my rental car being at the Airport, it was in Bellevue, which I had to pay a Taxi $45 to get to Hertz in Bellevue. Extremely Disappointed.2.0 Poor

Cons:
Check in took over an hour. Only vehicle available was a full size pick up truck, I pre paid for a full size car since I have two car seats to put in. I couldn’t take the truck since it won’t fit in my parking garage. They claimed there were no other options yet 5 people were behind me in line needing vehicles. They gave me some mini SUV THAT WAS DIRTY and hadn’t been cleaned out from the last customer. I drove 20 plus miles to get this rental and am extremely disappointed.3 locations in Redmond

Pros:
Car was nice and staff helpful, Drop off easy as well.Cons:
When I booked the car, I booked for Seattle Airport. However, when I arrived Enterprise at the airport told that the reservation was for Enterprise in Bellevue (although when I bookked, I specified airport) 40 minutes away. I was offered a car by Enterprise at the airport but instead of original fee of $24.00 I was charged $75.00. Is this a novel way of making money?9.2 Wonderful

Pros:
The garage manager at SeaTav Enterprise was wonderful to work with, all the staff there were lovely and helpful.Cons:
I never rented in Bellevue, I rented at SeaTac, which you all promptly messed up. I put in my desired location, confirmed, and when I went to pick up the car, the location was completely different. I had to make a completely new rental arrangement at a higher rate. Also, the staff- however friendly- are not communicating interdepartmentally, and sending me emails and making charges on my account without advising me. It’s been a nightmare and a half from start to finish.2.0 Poor
