Tried to give us a smaller car than we reserved. Didn’t have cars!!!! Manager was washing cars. Had to wait hours for another customer to return a car! Whole experience was poor. Car was dirty and in poor condition.

AA plus service. Enterprise was efficient, polite, reasonable, good value, and provided an excellent 15 passenger van. I will rent from them again!

The staff at Enterprise was great… personable and efficient! The phone calls to confirm reservation and information about rental was additional, positive, customer service. I wasn’t too happy about the cost of renting, but I know my options were limited and renting a large vehicle was necessary ( my only option ). I would hope Enterprise might send a coupon voucher to use for future rental reservation.

Pros:

Drop off super easy because it’s such a small airport

Cons:

First, it was MY mistake by reserving a car at the OFF AIRPOT enterprise. The ON AIRPORT enterprise clerk was no help at all. Wouldnt call the offsite spot for us, wouldnt help us get a ride (Redmond has no shuttles) to the offsite location, looked at his cell phone while we talked to him instead of looking at us (and didnt even pretend) to care. Crummy attitude. If I were his boss I’d fire him.

The car was old, wasn't cleaned properly and the key fob was going dead (battery). When I returned it no one was at the counter to inform that the battery needed to change or give me a receipt. It worked fine, but wasn't a good experience.

Coke bottle with coke inside in the back seat floor. Bad battery and incorrect diagnosis from the emergency service. They said key was not detected because of the remote battery. I had to call AAA to jumpstart. They said only 4v and needed new battery.

The car had trash, old coke bottle in the back seat. The emergency service told me the remote battery was bad when it said key not detected. And to go get it replaced. But then the car would start and had to call AAA and they said only 4v on the battery and needed a new one. They jumped started it and I had to take it back and couldnt fill up the gas because if I shut off the engine I would have been stuck again. But they did give me another vehicle so that was good. But I wish they had checked out the first car better.

It was quick and easy. I needed a last minute car to drive from bend to sf. My flight was unexpectedly canceled. Budget hooked me up with a one day rental. The car performed great and I was able to get back home.
