Our reservation was for 08:00. I was called at 07:50 (10 minutes prior to our pick up) and told that there wasn't a car available and that they were only able to place 5 out of 12 reservations in cars the previous day. There "wasn't anything that could be done" so I called the customer service line. This was an incredibly cumbersome process with no assistance provided. I made four separate calls. I was transferred to Dollar Rentals to see if they would have a car for me? I do not feel that this situation was handled well by the Hertz company from every angle. I did not feel that, I, the customer should have been responsible for calling other locations and companies for your error. It was very unprofessional.Sixt

The cars weren’t spotless, but that wasn’t a problem for me. We did get have to exchange cars due to a tire issue. We called ahead and discussed it with E-Z Rent-a-Car. They said they made a note on our profile and there would be no problem coming back and exchanging the car. When we got there, they didn’t seem to know what we were talking about and we spend a little longer than necessary due to some confusion about the exchange. Worked out in the end.4.0 Mediocre

They did not have my car available for me when I arrived to pick it up. That is the first time that has ever happened to me in 30 plus years of renting cars. They clearly did not want to upgrade me to a larger vehicle. Eventually my car became available.10.0 Wonderful

Don’t call me 3 hours before pick up to tell me you can’t honor the rental. Also hold Economy accountable for having a valid contact phone number. Phone number on confirm is for Zeeba and the other is for an agency in Florida. I live in Kent WA.4.4 Mediocre
