Good price
Pros: Great value. Great service at pick up and drop off Camilla was very helpful and efficient
Cons: Car was surface clean but had odor. Seats, especially in back passenger side seemed to need deep cleaning due to odor. We’re unaware of toll policy until we asked at drop off

Customer service was terrible, they got no car at
Pros: Nothing
Cons: At pick up location they told me the car wil be with 170$ and at drop off they charged me with 250$. And at pick up they got no car for me, even that i had a reservation for that time. I had to wait 6 hours for a car

Poor Customer Service
Pros: The car was clean and comfortable
Cons: Our reservation was for 08:00. I was called at 07:50 (10 minutes prior to our pick up) and told that there wasn't a car available and that they were only able to place 5 out of 12 reservations in cars the previous day. There "wasn't anything that could be done" so I called the customer service line. This was an incredibly cumbersome process with no assistance provided. I made four separate calls. I was transferred to Dollar Rentals to see if they would have a car for me? I do not feel that this situation was handled well by the Hertz company from every angle. I did not feel that, I, the customer should have been responsible for calling other locations and companies for your error. It was very unprofessional.
