Very good
Anonymous, Jul 2025 - Residence Inn by Marriott Toronto Downtown / Entertainment District
All good but the elevators were faulty with long wait time. The breakfast is mediocre and the crowds make the experience terrible. The take away option helps - but then you’re stuck in the corridor with a heavy breakfast tray queueing for the elevator! The location is great and I would still go - but eat elsewhere.

Jeannette, Sep 2019 - Residence Inn by Marriott Toronto Downtown / Entertainment District
Pros (+) Great breakfast and spacious rooms.
Cons (-) Provide more blankets since room sleeps 4.

Alexander, Apr 2019 - Residence Inn by Marriott Toronto Downtown / Entertainment District
Pros (+) Excellent service as would be expected from a Marriott brand property!
Cons (-) Does not provide complimentary dental kit (when requested on their app.) Their Wi-Fi is also painfully slow, you're better off using Mobile Data.

Cons (-) Front desk staff unable to deal with specific booking requests. Needed to speak to hotel manager.

Anonymous, Aug 2017 - Residence Inn by Marriott Toronto Downtown / Entertainment District
Pros (+) Rooms were spacious and well-furnished. Great bedding. Short walk to aquarium, CN Tower & restaurants. Good hot breakfast. Fast check-in/check-out.
Cons (-) Pool was very cold. Breakfast area needs more seating. Room was stuffy and thermostat didn't seem to allow for temperature changes.

Pros (+) Great breakfast and friendly staff. Fantastic location close to everything.

Very good
Anonymous, Mar 2017 - Residence Inn by Marriott Toronto Airport
Pros (+) Genuinely friendly staff made it a pleasure to interact with them. Would consider staying here again, based on the staff alone. Great breakfast choices. Evening receptions of appi's & non-alcohol bevy's (or paid for alcohol drinks) was a pleasant surprise. Restaurant options within walking distance.
Cons (-) It seemed pillows were traded out mid stay, for perhaps new ones, which were too puffy. Certainly not a "stay breaker" though.

Cons (-) Bedbugs... Need I say more? The staff handled the situation quickly and professionally, so hats off to them for that. A exterminator was brought in within an hour, which is a great response.

Anonymous, Sep 2016 - Residence Inn by Marriott Toronto Downtown / Entertainment District
Pros (+) It is in a great location for the entertainment district.
Cons (-) I prefer quality over quantity for breakfast. I would recommend fewer items e.g. Organic granola instead of processed granola, that are locally sourced.
