Love being able to walk to all the Rosemont in the Park activities and restaurants/venues while staying at the hotel. Smooth check in. Was surprised room was not lightly cleaned between the two days.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the airport, convention center, and local attractions. Many reviews highlighted the spaciousness and general cleanliness of the rooms, though a few noted issues with housekeeping details such as leftover hair or missed cleaning. The value for price was often criticized, with several guests feeling that extra charges for amenities like parking and breakfast were excessive. Amenities and service received mixed feedback: while some appreciated efficient airport shuttles and friendly staff, others found the amenities lacking or had minor service complaints. Overall, the hotel is seen as a convenient and comfortable option with some room for improvement in value and attention to detail.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) Its loud area need be improved
Pros (+) Great location and very friendly staff and shuttle drivers. Nice having some fresh breakfast options and free coffee in the lobby.
Cons (-) My daughter found a hair on her mattress (not hers). They say they are doing "extra" cleaning for COVID, but it wasn't as obvious as at other hotels I've stayed at. (Things like putting the TV remote ...

Pros (+) Bed súper confortable and I love they have ( a shuttle) transportation from the airport to the hotel.
Cons (-) Everything was perfect for me.
Pros (+) The facility was clean. The front desk was very helpful and it made checking in and out very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet.
Cons (-) Only issues we had was no remote in the room for the television. The phone inside the room was not on. The ice machine was located on a different level.
Pros (+) Room design and comfort. Bar/lobby area. Gym and pool
Pros (+) 106 dollar for a clean room
Cons (-) 33 dollar parking fee makes the hotel fee an expensive stay. Just another way to charge more especially if the car stayed on the aloft property. BS really
Cons (-) The pool close down when we got there but got free cancellation without penalty which was good
Pros (+) Location was very convenient for the activities we had planned. At least two very good restaurants within easy walking distance.
Cons (-) Difficult to find, even with GPS, because of blocked off roads. Confusing parking structure available across the street. On-site parking was limited, but fairly priced.
Pros (+) The design and architecture of hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the beds are highly comfortable
Cons (-) Staff was not hospitable and seemed annoyed to help or make suggestions to local venues. Talked to three different hotel receptionists and none of them left me wanting to return.
