Pros: We were impressed by the quality of the rom and service, and especially the very comfortable beds.

6.8 Good
Pros: The hotel was welcoming. Light, bright, modern. Immediately greeted by staff who were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, really well designed as was the bathroom/loo arrangement. Certainly happy to stay again. Good positioning for what we were wanting to do.
Cons: The only slight criticism was the breakfast buffet area. Bit of a scrum. People all over the place, not sure what to do. The breakfast itself was fine. Probably the food area is too small a space for the number of people, certainly the day we were there.
6.4 Good
Pros: Friendly staff clean room
Cons: None
6.0 Good
Pros: Easy access to leisure event, ie, Old Trafford football stadium. Easy access to restaurant next door and ample parking facilities.
Cons: The Receptionist when I checked in on Saturday 3rd October at 2pm was very helpful. However the Receptionist in the evening, after being asked twice, forgot to reserve an evening table for dinner in the restaurant next door and generally gave the impression of not wanting to be at work. Also at 3.45am Sunday morning, someone managed to run the entire length of the 2nd floor corridor, obviously drunk, shouting out at the top of their voice, waking most of the guests! How did they get past night security?
