Guests consistently praised the hotel's unique, historic atmosphere and excellent location in Old Town, making it easy to explore the area and access transit. Many appreciated the charming decor and immersive experience, likening it to staying in a museum. However, reviews were mixed on service, with some finding staff helpful and friendly, while others struggled with the lack of a front desk and slow or impersonal responses. Breakfast was generally described as basic or disappointing, and amenities were limited, but the overall ambiance and setting left a positive impression on most guests.
