Pros: The staff was very friendly and always there for any questions or to request anything. The location was nice and quite.
Cons: The 12 hour drive to the hotel. Next time I will fly as well. :)

Pros: Our family of 5 fit easily into our hotel room. The beds were comfortable, and there was no fighting from my kids (because everyone got a bed). My kids loved the pool. Although it was quite small, it was big enough for them to play around and have fun. The bathroom was super clean. The shower even looked brand new or unused. The subway tile was sparkling white with no water marks or mildew.
Cons: The breakfast bar was quite crowded, and I had to wait 20-30 minutes to make a waffle for my kids (there were only 2 waffle makers, and a long line of guests all wanting waffles).
The staff did seem quite busy at replenishing the food as it was getting devoured as soon as they brought it out. It just didn't seem like they were set-up to accomidate that many guests on a busy Saturday morning. My only suggestions would be to add a few waffle makers, and more food on busy mornings.
Pros: The overall look of the hotel, lounge & rooms was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The rooms are quiet. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty.
Cons: I didn't like that we had to wait for more food to be cooked and tables to be wiped off before we sit and eat.

Pros: Price. 24 hour coffee, tea. free wifi. explanation of room cleaning service (it's about time). No resort fee (verses Las Vegas...). Quiet location.

Cons: I paid for a king spa suite. They did not have the room I PAID for when I got there. They charged my card twice!. They put me in a 'spa room' that had been taken off the 'list' because it was being maintained for someone smoking in the room. Leaving my clothes smelling like smoke and aggravating my sinus. There was no chair becaise the previous guestswho smoked in the room, had broken the chair also. This room should not have been given to me. Overall the communication between this site and the hotel obviously was not clear. Leaving the room I paid for, booked to someone else. This has been more of a pain than it was worth. Also my card was charged for more than my agreed ammount of $127. They charged 140.... TWICE! Overall highly unlikely I'll use this site again for my hotel booking. Very unsatisfied.

Pros: Even though they were under construction the rooms were gorgeous the beds comfortable in the staff very polite
Cons: That the building was under construction
Pros: A bit dated, but very comfortable. Clean and nicely equipped.
Cons: No signage on building made it difficult to locate. Apparently new signs have been ordered and will be up soon.
Pros: The staff in the evening were wonderfully helpful and accommodating. They think of anything skiers need and have it there. Even if you don't ski, this is a great place to stay. And, they're cookies are awesome!
We didn't want to rent a car or drive to the mountains. They have a shuttle that will take you anywhere in a 5 mile range and the morning driver is awesome. We were skiing Big and Little Cottonwoods, so the 960 and 962 buses stop at Sandy Civic Center which is about 3 miles away. Each day we took the shuttle to and from the Bus depot, the ride is @ 45 minutes to the resorts.
If you want to head into SLC, you can take the hi-speed train from the same station. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping around the area. We walked to many places. It's safe, clean, well located, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Bathroom very run down, stove didn't work needs to be updated!
Cons: Needs remodeling
Pros: We were happy with the hot breakfast. The manager reception In the evenings was a welcome surprise. The space in the room, a king suite, was nice but would have been nice to have more than one chair at the table.
Cons: The pool seemed to have too much chlorine.

Pros: Price, room was large enough for family. Breakfast was great.
Cons: Carpets didn't feel like they had been shampooed in a while.
Pros: Super close to where we were going
Pros: Much nicer room than I expected to be honest. Staff was friendly, hot water, clean bed, comfortable, no major complaints.
Cons: The bathroom could use an update, but it was by no means bad. Just a bit dated. Location was solid but you will need a car unless you want a very long walk to food/shopping
Pros: Location, comfort, staff, ability to adjust temperature in room and open the window, water pressure in shower, value.
Cons: The shower curtain was too short so every morning I'd have a lot of water on the bathroom floor after my shower that I had to mop up. Seems like it could lead to maintenance issues, in addition to being a pain for guests. Otherwise excellent place to stay.
Pros: The breakfast was the best part
Cons: AC didn't work I killed about 15 spiders in the one night I stayed. The toilet leaked and the shower shot water all over the place which made the bathroom worse than it already way from the toilet.
Cons: front desk service poor

If you want to be in the middle of one of the great ski resorts in the world. This is the place. The view of the mountain is awesome, and the ski lifts are right outside the door. The Ski Center is even closer and has a bunch of restaurants and a great little market. One for food and drink, and one for ski clothing and equipment.
Pros: Snowbird is beautiful. The Lodge is right in the middle of it.
Cons: This is more of a condo lodge. It's for skiers that are there to ski.
Lodge at Snowbird allows you more time for skiing with ski-in/ski-out access, plus you'll be just a 5-minute drive from Alta Ski Area. The restaurant is a perfect spot to grab a bite to eat, and guests returning from the slopes can relax at the spa tub or enjoy après-ski drinks at the bar/lounge. An outdoor pool and a health club are other highlights, and condos offer balconies and DVD players. Ski storage is also available.
Pros: We found the room to be good enough quality. You could tell they've been updating, and there was a few things that still needed TLC however the room was clean, the beds were cozy, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast in the AM is also a perk.
Cons: Location was okay, however at night it you could definitely hear traffic, and it really didn't apprear to be the best neighborhood.
Pros: Fridge and Micro., chair & ottoman, large armoire with safe.
Updated Bathroom & furniture.
Convenient office area.
Room was nicer than expected.
Cons: Breakfast was very bad - few choices & everything gone before end of BF time period. Hot coffee/tea not available in lobby after 9AM.
No table in room. There is a desk though, and some space on top of the large TV unit.
Pros: Location good, rooms good; inexpensive and clean
Cons: Hot tub and juice dispensing machine (at breakfast) broken for days and staff totally helpless and ineffective at addressing -- my suggestion that they go and buy juice in bottles for breakfast was met with nervous smiles... Probably not their fault (i.e. management source of problems...) but they are the representatives of the business and were not impressive.
Pros: Close to restaurants and stores
Cons: Dirty bed covers
Had to unscrew bulb on lamp to turn it off
Bed VERY uncomfortable
TV kept losing signal
Train right outside our window
Hallway noise at all hours (seemed to be a "by the hour" type establishment as well as a nightly one)
Above us sounded like elephant herd migrating
Breakfast was terrible (powdered eggs, waxy mini donuts, fake juice, white bread and Styrofoam plates/glasses)
We asked to change rooms after night 1. We were told ok, after breakfast. After breakfast, we were told we would have to wait until after 3. We never got to change rooms.
Not the quality we thought we were getting. I think the property recently came under new ownership...
Pros: Nice looking facility, reasonable rates.
Cons: I didn't appreciate waiting for 5 minutes in an otherwise empty lobby to be noticed at the front desk (with Nicklodeons Good Burger on the lobby big screen - not very professional) when the 20 something year old guy did show up he wasn't very attentive to his job. Some of the time the guy was watching the show on the tv behind me instead of completing my check in (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.) I was the only one checking in, but that shouldn't matter. Fast, courteous service is the simple expectation. I didn't experience any of those traits.
The shower in my ground floor room took 10+ minutes to get warm and the drain was so slow the tub was over half full of cold water by that point. There were about 8 cars in the lot.....not that many people taking showers all at once, in the early evening, to explain the cold water issue. Once the water was warm, the tub still wouldn't drain fast enough to avoid eventually overflowing, so I had to turn the water off and wait for it to completely drain before I could fully rinse off. The shower and tub spigot weren't totally secure to the wall either it's like the construction in the remodel wasn't great quality because after those discoveries I was noticing details I usually wouldn't bother to pay attention to.
The rooms decor was nice, and the price was okay, but I was hoping for a pleasant, surprise new favorite, but got the cold hand of disappointment instead. I'm not even interested in giving it a second try....which makes me sad because the pictures showed so much promise.
Pros: Our room was clean, and most things met my expectations.
Cons: The water temperature in the shower was TERRIBLE.
After adjusting the temperature to a comfortable level, it would fluctuate to very hot, then back to where it had been, then to very cold, etc. About 25% of the time it was almost scalding hot, and about 25% of the time it was freezing cold. I talked to the front desk about it three times. They said they had been having issues with the boiler, new plumbing, etc. Showering took about 50% longer than it should have because I couldn't stand under the water about 50% of the time.
Pros: That it was comfortable ad's spacious with lots of pillows
Cons: That my confirmation or reservation was not sent to the hotel so they was not aware of me showing up
Hotel is located off Interstate 15, this straight forward hotel is 3.6 miles from the Rio Tinto Stadium and 6.7 miles from the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. All the relaxed rooms offer desks, free Wi-Fi, and 42-inch flat-screen TVs with HD Channels, plus mini fridges, microwaves and coffeemakers in all rooms. Upgraded rooms and suites along with Whirlpool tubs and/or separate living areas with pull-out sofas, some have balconies and mountain views. Free perks includes, Free local and long distance calls, Free Wi-Fi, and outdoor Pool and Spa, 24-7 Fitness Center, as well as a Business Center, Convenience Store and an on-site laundry.
Pros: The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was really yummy. My kids loved the pool. Free WiFi is always good.
Cons: The beds were horrible!! The mattresses are so old, they're sagging in the middle.
Pros: Nice place to stay, for taking a chance on a last minute booking. Appreciated having the indoor pool, with children and cousins on a cold day - it was a hit!
Pros: 90% of normal expectation for a hotel met.
Cons: Coffee machine didn't get clean 3 out of 9 nights.
Pros: The location is close to the Events Complex where we attended a show as vendors. The room was clean. The staff was friendly.
Cons: The breakfast room was always too crowded for comfort. The room door would not latch on it's own. Letting the door shut on it's own wasn't enough. A good push or tug was needed to lock the door. From the Interstate a U-turn is required to get to the hotel. It's not easy when pulling a trailer or driving a larger vehicle.
Pros: 20-25 minute drive to Snowbird ski resort. Very convenient to tons of shopping and restaurants too. Breakfast included boiled egg and bacon along with usual continental breakfast items. Very affordable.
Pros: Amenities were all inclusive. The decorating in rooms was nice and granite counters gave cleaner feel.
Cons: A handle bar was missing from shower and part of shower head that lies flush to the wall was disconnected.

Pros: Very nice and comfortable. Thanks for the help with faxing too.
Pros: Keith at Getaroom was very helpful in getting me and my fiancé to a different hotel when Kayak completely and utterly messed up.
Cons: The Ramada Draper had never heard of me, was fully booked, and never received my payment. The staff were rude and standoffish, and told me it was my fault. I called kayak and was passed on to Getaroom, which after around half an hour of inane marimba music on repeat, were able to put me in touch with one of their managers. While I was waiting in the lobby, another person came in who had also booked a room at the Ramada Draper with Kayak, and was also told their reservation, and their money, was no where to be found. The manager at Getaroom very kindly put me in a nearby hotel of a different franchise at no extra cost, which was absolutely fine, but the management of the entire situation was diabolical, and clearly far more than a single freak accident.
Pros: Friendly front desk service willing to accommodate and help
Cons: Upon arrival, we had to clean our own room... housekeeping never did.
Pros: The price was good.
Cons: The room was dirty dried food on table... hair in the bathroom. Door didn't open properly.
Pros: Loved the price for my stay.
Pros: Friendly staff, Washer and Dryer access. breakfast was available although the bread was dry and the milk wasn't cold
Cons: there were items in the mini fridge from previous occupants, shower head was crusty, and the whole place was muggy and stuffy for October...
Pros: Room was clean, beds comfortable, wifi worked well. All in all, a decent hotel for the price.
Cons: The only issue I had was the desk chair was stuck on the lowest height which made it hard to work at the desk. The staff told me all of the chairs had this problem.
Pros: First is hard to find ( I did reservations on line) then finally I got there, they were having problems with their key system. So someone had to open the door for me then I wanted to go out with no keys yet so I had to get someone again to open the door for me. I'm at the room then I want to turn the heater on but didn't work so they came to check it out , basically they just come to the room to tell me what I already knew. I ask for an other room and their answer was the were booked out and the couldn't do anything else for me, it was a cold night. Also I notice that the sprinkler system was leaking water in to the room
Pros: Nothing, other than the hotel they transferred us too.
Cons: No hot water available, dirty room, window that did not lock. There is a door where anyone could come in as they pleased! Unsecure place felt unsafe!!!

Pros: King beds were sold out, so they upgraded is to a suite. Very clean big room. So nice that I booked again on kayak for a 2nd night for the same low price while standing at the lobby desk. Employee said it was no problem to keep us in our current suite. Very satisfied with our stay.
Cons: Minor observations: bed was too firm, but plenty of pillows to help. Other guests smoked and pulled chairs under front check-in area until after midnight. Just a weird scene as the first impression for the hotel. They were nice though.
Cons: It was mentioned on the signup page there is a complimentary fitness access. Upon arrival I had learned that the membership was no longer offered. This information could have been updated in the website and may be reflected on the pricing as well
Pros: Rooms were clean and recently remodeled. Decent breakfast.
Cons: Room was not ready when we arrived. A very frustrating experience as it took us over an hour to switch to not once but TWICE. We booked a king whiich apparently they did not have ready when we arrived (or any king room at all for that matter). An ill-prepared staff who didn't know how things ran. The hallway still smelled of cigarettes.

Apartments feature bonuses like refrigerators, refrigerators, and microwaves.
Pros: I like that it wasn't in mind that I wasn't sleeping in my car.
Cons: The motel and atmosphere and the people that live there made it seem really run down like we were in the hood to where I was worried about my safety.
Pros: Exactly what I expected.
Pros: The motel itself was really nice and so was the staff. The pool is heated, it's right next to the interstate 15 but it's surprisingly quiet. A|C works good.
Cons: The bed was like sleeping on padded wood, terribly uncomfortable. Wifi automatically turns off and requires constant logging on.
Motel 6 in Midvale UT is located off I-15 exit 297, on the way to the famous Park City and ski resorts. Wi-Fi is in all of our modern rooms for a small fee. Select rooms include micro-fridges. Enjoy our seasonal outdoor pool and truck parking.
Cons: I didn't get to stay in the hotel cause the staff said I didn't have a reservation even though I paid for it. Never booking a hotel again through this hotel.
Pros: Fairly clean. Front desk staff was nice.
Cons: Extremely uncomfortable bed. Strange smell in room. Fridge was noisy. Highway noise was disruptive at night. Location was slightly inconvenient. Front desk had run out of extra pillows so we had to buy some.
Pros: Staff was efficient and flexible. Room had iron and board, refrigerator, microwave, and hair dryer- everything I needed. Bed was more comfortable than I expected. Linens and room were clean. Had accessible rooms, and even a lift for a disabled person to get into the hot tub. Very close to a nice mall; many stores and restaurants and highway access. Complimentary breakfast. Great value for the price.
Cons: Linens were clean but very worn, as was the recliner that looked like it should have been retired long ago. Cleaning staff held conversations with each other right outside my door or knocked well before 8:00am. Breakfast is only served until 9:00am. If I was a late sleeper, both of these things would have made it hard to relax. I stayed for three nights and needed to get some work done. I could only get on the internet for about two hours in three days. They definitely need a stronger router. That would be the deal breaker for me. The room was a decent value and close to everything, but if I can't work, I can't stay there. This is sad since I will be going to that city a lot.
