Customer Service on Phone okay, everything else sa
Pros: Best rate out of everyone. I needed a mini van at the last minute. Van was clean, shiny and brand new. On time. Counter was easy to work with. I picked it up at a site not at the airport. Discount for prepay rental. About $13 dollars less than posted online.
Cons: Customer service on the phone was confusing. I called at night and it sounded like I was talking to someone from the phillipines and she was going off of a script. I had to ask her to repeat what she said. Having worked in call center I get what it's like so I cut her some slack but they should drop their script to be more engaged with the customer. After prepaying the rental at a discount, the lady transferred me to someone else probably also from. Phillipines selling vacation plans. "Congratulations you won" The guy was friendly with accent, he made a good conversation with me. I didn't want to purchase anything or looking to book a vacation so he was cool with it but hung up abruptly.
